SELNWK members triumph at premiere! Below is just some of the feedback from our wonderful audience who were at the premiere screening of We Are the SELNWK Elephants on 28 September. Members came together with the fabulous Blue Elephant Theatre to produce 50 minutes of funny and moving drama and personal reflections. Well done to you and the team on last night’s drama - excellent! Headway elephants - Oscar-winning performances! Sorry I can’t stay for the full performance but so impressed and hope to see you soon face to face when Headway opens its doors next month. Congratulations everyone for a wonderful performance :) great to see you all having so much fun, whilst raising awareness. Thank you all Congratulations and thank you for sharing your characters and yourselves with us. I wanted to come as I have a friend who has a brain injury and I know that he struggles as he feels misunderstood. I wanted to learn more and I have! thank you. Wonderful to see such an accomplished, moving and funny performance. And brilliant to hear everyone's stories too Watch the full performance here. Enjoy!
Tricia's moving on Our Director of Communications & Community Engagement will be leaving us to join Medway Voluntary Action. Tricia has very much enjoyed her time here at Headway SELNWK. She will remember her time fondly particularly with volunteers, members & carers. She has enjoyed witnessing them becoming more involved in steering the direction of the charity through the challenging times of the pandemic
