→ You will need to sign in upon arrival → Face Masks will need to be worn when accessing our services + any other PPE necessary

→ Hand Sanitisers and washing of hands continues to be crucial → Lateral flow tests will need to be done beforehand and results brought in

→ Personal space will need to be maintained → Appropriate ventilation will need to be maintained * If you do test positive, you MUST isolate for a minimum of 10 days (if you have the NHS Track and Trace, you will be contacted) On 13 July 2021 Professor Chris Whitty said ‘As we move to the next stage of the COVID response, it is essential we change behaviour slowly and steadily’. On15 July 2021 the UK recorded nearly 50,000 new Covid cases. Professor Chris Whitty said “I don’t think we should underestimate the fact that we could be in trouble again surprisingly fast SAGE - In reference to the Delta variant and government changes on 19th July, SAGE has said ‘the main reasons for continued uncertainty are: • It is not possible to predict how behaviours will change after 19th July • The closer that behaviours are to those seen before the pandemic and the more rapidly this state is reached, the larger the resurgence will be’ 2

Moving On It is with sadness that we share the news that Debbie Elliston has resigned as Finance Administrator to take up the position of Credit Controller with a large London based Company, in an exciting new chapter. Debbie has worked for SELNWK for over 7 years taking on many roles and responsibilities, evidencing Debbie’s adaptability, transferable skills and commitment to our Charity. More recently in the role of Finance Administrator, Debbie has been instrumental in changes to Invoice processes and management of Aged Debt, recovering in excess of £100K of Debt resulting in our currently levels of healthy reserves. Debbie is a popular with our Members, as she is always willing to help and support, or just make time to chat. I’m sure you will all join me in wishing Debbie the best of luck (not that she needs in it!) in her new role.

Olivia joined June 2021 and is helping out behind the scenes with our volunteer administration, volunteer policies & procedures and creating new monitoring systems.

Chloe joined July 2021. Like Olivia, Chloe is one of our new young volunteers. Chloe will be working alongside Mina on our social media strategy and content to help increase our presence and reach across our social media channels.
