Schedule of Races

• Saturday, August 29, 2020 » First Gun @ 1400 hours • Sunday, August 30, 2020 » First Gun @ 1200 hours • Up to three (3) races are scheduled per day • The last race on Sunday will be a fleet race back to his/her home port. Time to be taken by each boat at finish lines to be determined.

Starting Line

Rendezvous in the vicinity of Hospital Shoals Can - Mark “32” (refer to the MBSA List C)

Courses

• The courses will be a windward/leeward format except for the last race on Sunday • No races will start after 1700 hrs. on Saturday or 1600 hrs. on Sunday • Time limit of TWO (2) hours for any one race except for the fleet race back to one’s home port.

Sailing Instructions

• Will be posted online by 2000 hrs. August 28, 2020. • There will be no captains’ meeting

Eligibility and Entries

• This regatta is open to all boats with a valid ORR-EZ or PHRF certificate as determined by the OA. Splits will be determined by rig configuration, length, SA/D, and observed performance. • This is NOT a MBSA event. • No points will be awarded. • There will be no trophy presentation. • Boats may enter by completing an on line registration found on

Regattaman.com • Entries must be received by 1900 hours on August 28, 2020.

Fees

Handicap System

• ORR-EZ Time on Time. • If a competitor does not have an ORR-EZ certificate, a handicap will be assigned • Scratch sheets will be posted on line by 0900 hrs. August 29, 2020

Rules • This regatta will be governed by the rules as defined by the

Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS). • RRS 82 will not apply.

Radio Communications

• RC will monitor channel 68 and may communicate with competing boats including starting penalties. • achts must notify RC if withdrawing from a race.

Competitors in this event are participating entirely at their own risk, see RRS 4, Decision to race. By participating in this event, each competitor agrees to release the race organizers, (Organizing Authority, host yacht club, Race Committee, Protest Committee, Sponsors, chairs and others acting in an official capacity for this event) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Hull Yacht Club Post- Race Dinner

Dinner Orders and payment must be made by August 15, 2020.

Bar : Cash Bar will be available
