Growing up in Plainfield, NJ, he sang in the Saint Mary’s Boys Choir and joined bands by 7th grade. At 17, he played iconic NYC venues like CBGB’s and Max’s Kansas City with his band Rockids, sharing stages with The Ramones, Talking Heads, and Blondie. In Asbury Park, NJ, Wayne formed Oliver’s Twist, performing at The Stone Pony and The Fast Lane alongside acts like David Johansen, Huey Lewis, and Billy Idol. In 2017 his solo LP Eclectic Mind produced the single “Music Man” which reached the top 20 on the national radio airplay charts. By 2019, he co-founded The NEW Bardots, charting multiple releases on the International Indie charts.
