La Gran Copa Bacardi vuelve al El Club Barbésula Real Club de Golf de Sotogrande organiza la II Cliclo xz Redacción La Gran Copa Bacardí volvió a llenar de jugadores el Real Club de Golf de Sotogrande, donde casi 400 jugadores disfrutaron de dos jornadas de juego en uno de los torneos de referencia cada año en Sotogrande. La cita se disputó, como en ediciones anteriores, bajo la modalidad stableford individual y como ya es
habitual, a su término, los participantes disfrutaron de un magnífico cóctel en el que no faltaron los mojitos elaborados por un experto coctelero desplazado para el evento por Bacardí. En ese marco se llevó a cabo la entrega de premios de esta cita y de la clasificación general, donde Bosco Torremocha ganó en primera categoría, seguido por Ernesto
Andrés Delgado y Juan Barandiarán. En la clasificación de señoras, la ganadora fue Adriana Neri, seguida por Ilza Muller e Inmaculada Gaytan de Ayala. En cuanto a los invitados, Jaime Unzurrunzaga Rubio, José Antonio Coya y Claudio Aguirre, fueron los tres primeros clasificados.
Turista del Valle del Guadiaro xz Gloria Jiménez El Club Ciclista Barbésula, en colaboración con Vanity, Ferretería el motor, Asociación cultural “La palmera” y SotoRental, celebraron el pasado 25 de agosto la II Ciclo Turista del Valle del Guadiaro. La salida se tomó a las 19.00 horas desde Vanity, siendo el recorrido Avda. Los Canos, Cortijo Los Canos, cancha de Los Pinos, Paseo del Parque, Puerto de Sotogrande y Chambao, y
vuelta por el mismo recorrido. El evento fue un éxito, con la entrega de 400 dorsales, llegándose a agotar los dorsales de participación. Tras la ruta se sortearon más de mil euros en premios, incluyendo una bicicleta Corratec. Además, la organización entregó premios al participantes más joven con tán solo un año, al más mayor, con 68 años, y al equipo con más participantes (TESEC).

Gran Copa Bacardi returns to Real Club de Golf de Sotogrande The Gran Copa Bacardi once again filled Real Club de Golf de Sotogrande, where almost 400 participants enjoyed two days of play in one of the foremost tournaments of the year in Sotogrande. Like in previous years, the event was held under the Individual Stableford competition format and, as ever, following play the
participants enjoyed a magnificent cocktail party, in which there was no shortage of mojitos made by the expert bar tender sent for the event by Bacardi. The prize ceremony for this tournament and for the overall rankings was held during this party, with Bosco Torremocha winning Group One, followed by Ernesto
Andrés Delgado and Juan Barandiarán. In the Ladies' Group, the winner was Adriana Neri, followed by Ilza Muller and Inmaculada Gaytan de Ayala. As for the guests, Jaime Unzurrunzaga Rubio, José Antonio Coya and Claudio Aguirre were the top three finishers.
Barbésula Cycling Club organises 2nd Cycle Tour of the Guadiaro Valley The Barbésula Cycling Club, in conjunction with Vanity, Ferretería el motor, the “La palmera” Cultural Association and SotoRental, held the 2nd Cycle Tour of the Guadiaro Valley on 25 August. The tour started at 7 pm from Vanity and passed through Avda. Los Canos, Cortijo Los Canos, cancha de Los Pinos, Paseo del Parque, Puerto de Sotogrande and Chambao, before returning on the same course.
The event was a success with 400 cyclists taking part, reaching the maximum number. Following the tour there was a draw for over a thousand euros in prizes, including a Corratec bicycle. The organisers also awarded prizes to the youngest participant at just one year of age, and the oldest, at 68, and as well as to the team with the highest number of participants (TESEC).
