The training program is a paid one and the company helps the candidates to get loans from nationalized banks.

The eligibility criteria is listed as follows: Graduates in Engineering such as B.E / B.Tech (IT or Non IT) 0-1 years of work experience in IT Women who want to resume their IT career again No criteria for age or gender Local residents of Madurai (within 20 KM radius) Those who have completed their graduation Minimum 55% marks in college degree and no arrears The selection process constitutes of 3 steps. First the career counselling, which is followed by an online aptitude or technical test. The interview is the final step. The total duration of the course is six months which is divided into two parts – three months are for classroom training and three months for professional practice tests.

Details of the Program The 6-month training program has a three-way framework for the learning and training needs of graduates/engineers before they join HCL’s specialized workforce as professionals.

This 6-month tenure consists of Common Foundation Training, Track Specific Technical Training and on-the-job training, which leads to final deployment with HCL in Madurai.
