Age and gender no bar Local residents of Lucknow (within 20 KM radius) Only those who have already graduated 55% (cumulative) marks in college degree and no arrears The selection process comprises career counselling, an online aptitude or technical test followed by an interview. The total duration of the course is 6 months out of which three months are for classroom training and three months for professional practice term.

Details of the Program The six-month long training program follows a three-pronged structure to round up the learning and training needs of graduates / engineers before they join the highly specialized workforce at HCL. The half-yearly tenure comprises: Common Foundation Training, Track Specific Technical Training and on-the-job training leading to final deployment with HCL TSS in Lucknow.
