Booth spaces include 8’ tall backdrop, 3’ or 8’ tall side rails. Electricity, and access to water can be purchased through HBAWS. Furniture and fixtures can be rented from the HOLLINS Exposition Services – rental forms will be provided upon registration. OTHER INFORMATION • $100 deposit per booth space is required at time of registration (cash, check, Visa or MasterCard). • All spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis, depending on the time and date the completed application is received at the HBA office. However, please note that booth sales on the first day of registration will be handled in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Triad Home & Garden Show Committee that are explained in item number one. • Show management reserves the right to review and approve all requests for booth space. And remember when designing your booth that no physical/visual barriers taller than 4ft. may be placed within 3ft. of the aisles to as not to intrude on neighboring booths’ visual space/design. • There are no restrictions on a company purchasing a booth next to or near a competitor in their industry. • Exhibitors from the 2012 Show will get the opportunity to register first ( August 31).
