Listing Consultation

We provide a detailed competitive market analysis and work with sellers to determine the optimal sales price of their property. We also provide a full explanation of our process through a detailed listing presentation.

Preparing Your Property to Sell

We provide a presentation consultation to maximize curb appeal, make all premarket repairs, and de-personalize interiors to increase the value of the seller’s property and increase buyer demand for the property.

We work with our sellers to assist in finding a contractor, coordinating repairs, scheduling inspection appointments, and handling issues as they arise. We understand the demands on our seller’s time through personal and professional obligation, and we work hard to provide these additional services.

Custom Marketing Plan

For each property we represent, we develop a detailed marketing plan to gain maximum exposure for our clientele. We understand that each seller’s needs are different, but we believe through cooperation with our brokerage, other brokers in our market, and our own buyer pool we can maximize our seller’s return on the property’s value.

Photography

For each home we represent, we prepare a full home photography package. This includes still photography, as well as a full lifestyle video and drone video. We believe in having exceptional imagery and video to work with, we can increase our marketing exposure.

Listing Launch

We will work steadily with our sellers to the date of the full listing launch of their property. This date is usually signaled by the upload of the seller’s property to the Multiple Listing Service and additional exclusive Christie’s International IDX syndication feeds.

Transaction Management

We handle every aspect of the transaction process for our clients including buyer communication, repair and contractor management, lender/appraiser administration, and closing coordination.

Selling Updates
