many of the garden ’ s age - old trees and trails have been listed for their outstanding natural beauty , and each of these incredible settings are available for you and your guests to enjoy throughout your celebrations . your love buggy our beloved , chauffeur driven , love buggy enables you to access the most picturesque parts of our gardens for your wedding photographs , with minimal walking required .

the below venue hire package give you & your guests exclusive use of hawkstone hall & gardens on your special day , along with the use of the bridal preparation suite the night before your wedding , with brides own personal butler .

refundable damages deposit a fixed damages deposit of £5000.00 is payable , this will not be shown on your wedding quotation and is completely refundable . this will be refunded in it ’ s entirety once all of our valuable equipment , fixtures and fittings at hawkstone hall have been checked after the wedding .
* to note a bride may be staying in the bridal preparation wing the night of your wedding day , should there be a wedding the following day . access for suppliers is 7:00 am on the day of your wedding . check in for guests is 3:00 pm .
external catering & alcohol
as a dry hire / asian or fusion client , you are able to bring in your own external caterers & suppliers to hawkstone hall specialising in their relevant areas .
your venue hire fee is inclusive of corkage , enabling you to bring your own wines , beers , spirits and soft drinks for your special day .
please note that our in - house bars will not be available for your use , however these will be staffed by our team throughout the day should your guests wish to buy a drink whilst you ’ re in the hall itself .
