the following timeline is intended to offer you support and act as a guide as to when we will require the various pieces of information in relation to your wedding .

if you can adhere to this timeline , it will assist us to make the necessary arrangements and to ensure that all your requirements have been communicated in the most timely and efficient manner possible .

YOUR FINAL DETAILS MEETING WILL BE ORGANISED BY THE WEDDING TEAM AND HELD 6 - 8 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING DATE.

AT THIS POINT, YOU WILL FINALISE YOUR MENU, YOUR BEVERAGE PACKAGE, YOUR ACCOMMODATION LIST, AND YOUR FINAL NUMBERS.

PLUS OTHER TOUCHES SUCH AS YOUR WEDDING MUSIC AND SUPPLIER TIMINGS.

YOU WILL THEN BE ISSUED YOUR FINAL BALANCE INVOICE.

on the following two pages , you will see two table plans , one with a traditional long top table and round tables , and one with all round tables .

please choose which layout you would prefer to use for your event .

we will provide you with a blank form that we will requre you to fill out and bring with you on your final details meeting .

instructions on completing the table plan : please take into consideration your numbers and the capacity of each room found in the wedding brochure .

• how many tables are required ( please cross out any tables that are not needed )

• how many guests are sat at each table .

• highlight anyone that is eating something different to your chosen menu ( e . g . children , vegetarians and any other dietary requirements )

• if any , how many highchairs are required on each table .

please note : a maximum number of 11 guests can be seated around each round table , however , 10 is more comfortable . we highly recommend not going below 8 guests per round table . i f you opt to have a long top table rather than a round one , the absolute maximum on the top table is 10 guests . however , we would recommend that you have a maximum of 9 as this is more comfortable .

ceremonies can be held 7 days a week and on bank holidays at ; 11:30 am , 12:00 pm , 13:30 pm , 14:00 pm , 15:30 pm , 16:00 pm , 17:15 pm ( saturdays only )

how should couples contact the registrars ?

couples should contact STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL to see check availability on 0300 111 8001

this line is open from 8.00 am until 8.00 pm , monday to friday , and 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on saturdays .

the contact centre will take any bookings and arrange appointments for notice of marriage if the couples live within staffordshire and if not , they can advise on the correct register office for them to attend .

additional information

food and drink should not be consumed in the room to be used for the solemnization of marriage for an hour before the ceremony or during the ceremony .
