

Habitat for Humanity of Laramie County has brought people together to build homes, community, and hope since 1991. Over the 33 years that Habitat has been building in Laramie County we have been able to grow not only our Home Build program but also bring additional programs to the community. Our ReStore provides Laramie County residents a place to shop for discounted items whether they are fixing up their homes or needing items to move into a new place of their own. We are grateful to have several other programs such as our Repairs, Cars for Homes, Blueprint for the Future, Fresh Start, and Advocacy. Since 1991 we have built 49 homes, which have provided affordable mortgages for 51 partner families, completed 101 home repairs (since 2016), issued 245 vouchers through our Fresh Start program (since 2021), and thousands of hours dedicated to advocacy.
Our recent Home Build is located on Wills Road where we are not only building one home, but two for two wonderful, deserving partner families! Our partner families are building right alongside our volunteers, construction crew, and donors/sponsors in order to earn sweat equity hours. We are excited to see what the future has in store and are looking forward to building IMPACT within our community!

New Peak Construction Company is a Wyoming born, full-service Construction Company, founded in 2008 by Wyoming natives Joe and Jared Killpack in Laramie, WY. The two brothers combined their passions for Building and Real Estate, and provide Construction Management Services that include Pre-Construction, Project Management, Sales, and Real Estate Investments.
Joe Killpack, co-founder of New Peak Homes, graduated from Green River High School in 2003 and pursued an athletic career in football at Utah State University and later transferred to the University of Wyoming to continue his Athletic career in 2006. In 2012, he graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Business Administration. Joe is currently the CEO and Senior Sales Executive of New Peak Construction Company and Managing Partner of New Peak Land Development. Joe is a hands-on leader and manages the Southeastern Wyoming and Northern Colorado Market.
Jared Killpack co-founded New Peak Construction Company in 2008 and New Peak Land Development in 2015. He moved from Green River to Laramie in 2005 to pursue a degree in Business Administration and to play football for the University of Wyoming. Jared is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for New Peak Construction Company and manages New Peak’s Eastern Idaho and Western Wyoming markets. His success is based on working very closely with his Clients and his Service Providers. His understanding of the construction process has allowed him to develop project management tools used between multiple markets.
New Peak currently operates in several Wyoming and Idaho marketplaces including Cheyenne, Laramie, Jackson, Idaho Falls, and Rexburg.
