Hawaiian Humane Society welcomes Rick Zwern as Chair of its board of directors. He is currently Worldwide Director—Executive Development of WPP Group. Joining the board’s leadership is world famous pianist and animal advocate Ginny Tiu as Vice Chair; Bradley Pacific Aviation Vice President Mi Kosasa as Secretary; and President of DTRIC Insurance Ernest Fukeda as Treasurer. “Now is the time for us to strengthen our presence in leeward and west Oahu where we know the population of people and animals is rising the fastest,” says Rick Zwern. “Organizational readiness and creating the momentum for establishing a second location are going to be the driving force of our work in the next few years.” Zwern will serve as Board Chair until June 2014.
