Neil Stubbings briefs residents
Progress is being made on the Housing Regeneration Programme with most of the residents from Queen Street and Park Lane sheltered housing schemes now having been moved and some residents from Serena, Solar and Sunrise sheltered housing scheme have also been matched and will be moving soon. The 51 development partners that expressed interest in working with Havering Council has been narrowed down to six and will be reduced down to one by the end of the year. A meeting is being held on Thursday 05 October 2017 from 2pm until 3pm so Royal Jubilee Court residents can be brought up to date with the latest developments and briefed on what will happen next, including a new Local Lettings Plan.
