Dear Partners and Friends,
I’ve always taken the relationships within our work very seriously—they are foundational to the long-term success of any company, and in this highly competitive industry, we prioritize this investment. As you review this year’s highlights, I believe our projects are impressive. But when I reflect on them, I think about the people behind them— the teams who built them and the clients who use them every day.
This year, our business achieved a new level of recognition as we were named on the Engineering News-Record Top 400 Contractors list, solidifying our position as the second-largest Nebraska-based construction company. This ranking is more than just a number. It reflects the dedication of our people, the trust of our clients, and the strength of our future vision. This continues to excite me as I plan for what’s next.
This year, we will remain focused on what has always defined us at Hausmann: building strong relationships and delivering on tough schedules and budgets. Many of our projects today are with repeat clients—something we don’t take lightly. Your confidence in us fuels our commitment to excellence, and we’re dedicated to fostering partnerships that will shape the next five, ten, and 15 years of our business and our communities.
We don’t just build buildings—we build relationships, solutions, and a legacy of excellence. Thanks for being an essential part of our journey. I look forward to continuing to build the best with you.
With Gratitude,
We proudly partner with leading institutions to transform their visions into state-of-the-art facilities that inspire learning, innovation, and community. From cutting-edge athletic complexes to dynamic student centers and technical labs, our projects reflect a deep commitment to the goals of our clients and our ability to manage a variety of user groups. We are eager to continue shaping the future of higher education through our projects.

The Rebecca Lyn Hausmann Foundation originated from the heartfelt wish of a mother who played a pivotal role in Hausmann Construction. Rebecca’s spirit has been woven into the very fabric of Hausmann’s inception 20 years ago. Through her lasting legacy, we remain committed to giving back in her honor.
Rebecca’s wish was to give other mothers the support and care she received from family and friends through her cancer journey. A cancer diagnosis is a life-changing event, and treatments can add weight to an already heavy burden. With the donations we receive, we are able to fulfill Rebecca’s wish that others would experience the compassionate relationship and kind offerings that encouraged her when she needed it the most. These financial gifts to patients and their families alleviate financial concerns and offer hope to families who desperately need it, especially during the holiday season.
We appreciate those who have kept Rebecca’s legacy alive.
