was born in Miami, Florida on February 15, 1976. Frank graduated from Miami Carol City Senior High School in June, 1994. Within days of graduation, he set out on his military journey. That journey would lead him to the northern border of Fort Drum, New York, where he completedbasic training.

Shortly after arrival, young Frank set out on his first deployment to Haiti. It would be that next assignment to Belgium, that would lead him to the love of his life. On December 9, 1997 he united in holy matrimony with his love, Angelic Bazemore Hatcher. Together they traveled the world and proudly parented their children, Amber, Jada, Jayla, Frankie (preceded in death), Joshua, and Zoe. After several PCS moves and deployments to Afghanistan and Korea, Frank retired as Sergeant First Class in 2016 at Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
Frank fought a good fight and always tried to spare his family the agony of the pain he was going through. We loved him but God loved him more, and knew it was time to call Frank home. He’s now resting in the arms of the Almighty. Frank will forever be loved and missed.
Left to celebrate his life, legacy and wonderful memories are his beloved wife Angelic; his children Amber (Adam), Jada, Jayla, Joshua, and Zoe. Grandchildren whom he loved with all his heart, Aubree and Aden. His parents Frank Jr., Sandra, and Margret; Mother-in-Law, Anna. Grandmother, Elvenia. Siblings, Eric, Fakeya, Ta’Covia, Xavier (Marquicia), Courtney (Solomon), Yuric (Vernetta), Dante, Ya’Donis, and Ta’Jai, Brother-in-laws Ben (Malisa) and Ray; sister-in-law Beverly (Barron), and a host of loving uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and adored friends.
