athy Says... Whoa…January 2015? Do you feel like I do that 2014 just disappeared? When I look
back how quickly this year flew by, I recognize it was filled to the brim with memorable and bittersweet events that caused the hands of the clock to spin even faster. So, here I am facing those dreaded resolution for 2015. My desire is to be more intentional about my time, health and happiness. Maybe it’s not so much about preventing the incremental increases on the scale or the additional wrinkles around my eyes, but rather the quality of my health and the strength of my relationships. Don’t get me wrong, both things bother me. However, I am going to be more deliberate about doing what matters: exercise, green smoothies, meal planning, nurturing quality relationships, and carving out times of rest to restore creativity and ignite passion. I know I am not unique in these feelings, as I hear our customers share the very same concerns. As our staff plans for the 2015 Healthier You Series, our focus will be providing tools and information for you to be deliberate about your health and wellbeing. When 2016 rolls around, we will confidently stand together knowing that we didn’t let the year slide by without embracing every opportunity.
