SCOUTING THE OPPONENT

Fairfield enters Saturday’s matchup with a 19-12 overall record, most recently defeating Quinnipiac, 13-3, on Tuesday. After being selected to finish second in the Metro Atlantic Athletics Conference (MAAC) Preseason Coaches’ Poll, the Stags sit third in the midseason standings with a 7-2 record in conference play.
