The vision of EWE Network (Empowered Women Elevate) is to motivate and inspire women to create a life where dreams are realized, goals are obtained and plans become executed.

SMITH Minister, Empowerment Speaker and Entrepreneur who is known for her unique ability to connect, encourage and empower women to believe and walk in the plans, purpose and destiny that God has for their lives. She is passionate about developing others, and is very intentional and strategic about her pursuits. Inspiration, Transformation and Motivation are the three principles that guild and shape the essence of Nicole K. Smith While overcoming various life obstacles, she has defied the odds and risen above the expectations levied upon her by circumstance. Consequently, she has made it her life mission to inspire others to be the best that they can be.

Nicole's goal is to encourage women to discover their dreams, turn them into reality, and take the necessary action to bring out the best in themselves. Nicole has spent years motivating and inspiring audiences to get out of their comfort zone. She is particularly passionate about helping others understand their purpose, become everything that God created them to be, and live the life God ordained for them to live.

Nicole is the founder of EWE Network – Empowered Women Elevate, the CEO of Splurge Boutique and co-owner of Sister Sister Interior Designs.

Nicole is happily married to Harvey Smith, has two daughters, Brandy and Mondalaya and one grandson, Carter.

Speaker Biographies

Nia Nicole Daniels International Speaker, Author and Master Vision Coach, Nia Nicole Daniels has over 18 years of combined experience in Pastoral Ministries and Human Service. Preferably known as, Nia Nicole, she’s has experience in Women’s Ministry Leadership, Intercessory Prayer Coordination, Workshops and Conference Speaking.

Professionally, she has an equal amount of time in care management, client advocacy, mental health and human service.

In addition, she has experience in church planting, community outreach, training and supervision. Currently, she is employed as a Care Manager Supervisor for the Burlington County Care Management Organization (CMO) where she supervises Care Managers who coordinate services for children with emotional, behavioral and substance abuse needs.

Along with Being an Ordained Pastor, she is a published Author of the book, “Graced to Live on Purpose”. Academically, Nia has a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University and a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Cairn University.

Overall, she enjoys the privilege and grace of Shinning God’s Light in the Earth. Today, she enjoys quality time with her children, grandchildren, parents, extended family and friends.

Karen Williams Evangelist Karen P. Williams has been chosen and assigned by god for such a time as this. She has a passion to empower and encourage people, especially hurting women, through the word of god.

Her love for god and his people is expressed in her servitude over the years as an associate evangelist, former women’s ministry chairperson and youth worker during her tenure at grace cathedral fellowship ministries, inc. Under the pastorate of Bishop Jerome S. Wilcox.

With the prompting of the holy spirit, evangelist Williams launched out in ministry alongside her husband, Elder Eric Williams in june 2013 and started good word church in Trenton, NJ. During this unique transitional period, she is still serving at Grace Cathedral Fellowship Ministries, Inc. Evangelist Williams honors the institute of marriage and seeks to exemplify the love of Christ in and through her godordained union with her husband, elder Eric Williams, whom she loves and cherishes.

She endeavors to wisely and appropriately use the gifts that god has given her to effectively minister to those who have been assigned to her. It is her heartfelt desire to embrace god’s will for her life, to finish her course and hear the lord say, “well done thou good and faithful servant”.

Kemley Whiteside Kemley Whiteside earned her MA in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University in 2014.

She is the Founder and CEO of Mahanaim Group Ministries Inc., which means (the camp of God,) a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. An atmosphere grounded in the love to nurture, encourage, educate, and discipline others to polish their purpose. Mahanaim Group Ministries Inc., was envisioned to create an environment of safety, hope, compassion, and confidence-building by transforming lives through discipleship and fellowship to the unreached and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Mahanaim Group Ministries, Inc. is an Agency Approved by the state of New Jersey to provide community-based support programs for the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). A “service through ministry” faith-based community organization that focuses on the families and youth in the community and abroad to broaden the lives of those facing challenges and adversity. We ‘serve’ to make a change. We believe that everyone counts.

We serve families and youth who are at-risk by implementing programs addressing the issues and needs that require support to enrich their lives to further their development into the community.
