Location :- Ulwe, Navi Mumbai India Area :- 15.4 Acre Year :- 2023-24 Instructor :- Dr. Ankita Srivastava “Designing the Shivalya Dravidian Temple Complex in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai spans across 15.4 acres. The project entails an intricately planned space featuring a Dravidian temple, museum, administration block, community hall, Prashadham hall, library, auditorium, dormitories, hostels, guest house, and a main kitchen.

Focused on harmonizing traditional architecture with modern functionality, the challenge was to integrate each element seamlessly while adhering to the sacred ethos of the temple.

The site’s layout emphasizes spiritual tranquility and communal engagement, with careful consideration given to circulation flow and spatial hierarchy.

The design aims to create a sacred sanctuary that fosters cultural preservation, educational enlightenment, and community cohesion within the heart of Navi Mumbai.”

AESTHETE ARCHITECTURE COLLEGE CAMPUS Location :- Bhopal, India Area :- 25 Acre Year :- 2023 Instructor :- Dr. Shashi Saxena For my 8th-semester project, I crafted a 25-acre architecture college campus in Bhopal, India, focusing on both functionality and aesthetics.

The design encompasses academic blocks, hostels, administrative buildings, an auditorium, and sports facilities, each strategically positioned to promote efficient movement and foster a vibrant atmosphere of learning and collaboration.

Emphasizing sustainability and green spaces, the layout integrates environmentally conscious features while ensuring a conducive environment for students and faculty.

Through meticulous planning and attention to detail, the campus design reflects the essence of architectural principles, providing a nurturing setting for aspiring architects to explore their creativity and excel in their academic pursuits.

Spanning across 20 acres, our vision seamlessly blended functionality with aesthetics to create a dynamic learning environment.

By incorporating cutting-edge design principles, we aimed to enhance the institute’s identity and optimize space utilization.

The project involved a comprehensive walkthrough that vividly showcased the conceptual design, offering stakeholders and decision-makers a tangible glimpse into our vision.

In collaboration with Ar. Karishma Khemani, we undertook the construction of a 20-farmhouse project from scratch.

Our approach began with meticulous concept unit planning, ensuring each farmhouse was thoughtfully designed to blend functionality with aesthetics.

The farmhouse unit features a central farmhouse surrounded by key amenities. Positioned in the center, the farmhouse serves as the focal point, offering comfortable living spaces.

In front of the farmhouse, there is a gazebo, providing an outdoor space for relaxation and social gatherings. On the backside, there is a swimming pool complemented by a sitting deck, ideal for leisure and recreation.

Additionally, a separate sitting gazebo offers a secluded area for quiet moments or intimate conversations.

Utilizing advanced 3D visualization techniques, we brought our designs to life, allowing stakeholders to envision the final result with clarity and precision.

The walkthroughs we created provided immersive experiences, guiding viewers through the intricacies of each farmhouse’s layout and design elements.

INTERIOR P R O J E C T S

In this freelance interior project, I conceptualized and designed a modern contemporary theme for a 3-bedroom apartment. The interior visualization showcased a cohesive blend of functionality and style. Emphasizing modernity, I incorporated elements like wall panels, full-wall mirrors, and accent lights, maintaining a color scheme of beige with hints of muted blue for the kitchen and dining hall area. For the bedrooms, I curated a monochromatic green theme, creating serene and cohesive spaces.

Through detailed walkthroughs, clients experienced the seamless flow and ambiance of each room, enhancing their understanding and appreciation of the design concept.

This project exemplifies my commitment to delivering personalized and visually captivating interior solutions tailored to client preferences and functional needs.

For our 8th-semester landscaping assignment, our group meticulously crafted a physical model showcasing four types of Japanese gardens.

Each element was strategically designed within the same model, utilizing entirely reclaimed materials to create an environmentally conscious representation of these serene and harmonious landscapes.

Our group assignment for the second semester’s History of Architecture course led us to create a physical model of a Dravidian Temple inspired by the temples of Hampi.

Utilizing materials like thermocol, sand, multani mitti, and gypsum board as the base, we meticulously crafted the intricate details of the temple’s architecture.

This project not only deepened our understanding of Dravidian temple architecture but also honed our skills in model-making and collaborative teamwork, offering a tangible representation of our exploration into the rich architectural heritage of India.
