PROJECT: MULTIFUNCTIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMPLEX

THESIS

It is a type of real estate development where several purposes such as retail, office, residential, hotel, and recreation are planned and integrated together. It has characteristics of a live-work-play setting and is pedestrian-oriented. It tends to reduce sprawl and traffic, includes amenities and expressive architecture, and makes the most use of available space.

WHY MULTIFUNCTIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMPLEX?

The choice of Bodaki as the site for a multifunctional complex development is strategic and stems from a combination of factors that align with the village's evolving role in the regional landscape.

1.Proximity to Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC):

Bodaki's strategic location near the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) is a pivotal factor. The DFC is a high-speed rail corridor connecting major industrial hubs, and Bodaki's proximity to this corridor positions it as a potential hub for economic activities, logistics, and industrial development.

2.Emerging Urban Node:

The village of Bodaki is experiencing a transformative shift from a traditional rural setting to an emerging urban node. The influx of infrastructure projects, including the MultiModal Transport Hub (MMTH), designates Bodaki as a significant point for both regional and national connectivity.

3.Strategic Integration with Upcoming Projects (MMTH):

The upcoming Multi-Modal Transport Hub (MMTH) in Bodaki is a crucial driver for the multifunctional complex. The integration of these projects creates a synergistic effect, ensuring that the complex is well-connected and strategically aligned with the anticipated increase in footfall and economic activities.

WHY IN BODAKI?

Bodaki, historically a quaint village, has witnessed a paradigm shift in its identity with the advent of the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC).

Nestled on the cusp of urban expansion, the village has become a focal point for infrastructural development, symbolizing the convergence of tradition and modernity. The integration of a multifunctional complex in Bodaki seeks to harmonize this transformation, recognizing the village as a canvas for innovative urban planning that respects its heritage while embracing progressive ideals.
