For this exercise I will be looking at different forms of gazing in the urban context. In the surveying process, I will only record the people who are static enough to give a good steady gaze during peak period of the day (Except for Queens Victoria Market section in the Elizabeth transect). The most common form of gaze I found is gazing at traffic,

pedestrian will constantly check anything that will threaten their safety and watch the traffic lights. Fur thermore, gazing at people where we usually have a purpose to gaze at people.

Legend

Another gazing form that I found out very common in Victoria Market is the window shopping behaviour, meaning that to browse along shops and without having the intent of buying. The last type of gazing is the one that when people seems to gaze at something from a distance, but it is unclear. Also, including a layer of previous data on gazing to show the correlation and comparison between the updated data and the previous data.
