Designed to fit both our wooden and metal raised beds perfectly, these Hoop and Cover Kits cater for the different protection challenges in the garden and offer quick access and closing up.

• Heavy duty, galvanised rust resistant steel hoops fit securely to the insides of our beds with the supplied brackets and screws.

• All hoops are 19mm diameter but heights vary according to width size (see table). 1.2m long beds = 2 hoops. 1.8m & 2.4m long beds = 3 hoops.

• Insect-Mesh cover (wooden beds only) eases round the bed, tightens with drawstring and secures to sides with supplied hooks.

• All other covers secure inside the bed with ground pegs (not supplied see p.81).

A. Butterfly Net cover has a strong, soft and pliable 7mm knitted mesh. Keeps out the Cabbage White Butterfly and birds.

These vegetable cages have been made storm proof with the help of the ingenious net clip that prevents framework damage.

The clips simply hook through the netting and then secure to the cage top rods on all sides. Harrod Fruit Tree Cover

Ideal for protecting cherries, plums and apples from birds. UV stabilised 10mm square mesh, it is quickly erected by fitting fibreglass poles together that feed through a sleeve in the netting. The pole is anchored to the ground and the top end bends over the tree allowing the netting to be draped around. A cord is attached to the zip access, which can be pulled to close up the netting and there is a drawstring around the base. It comes in a small handy carry bag. 3.5m H with a diameter of 2.6m.

Protect precious cherries and other tree fruits from birds, aphids and adverse weather as well as encourage faster ripening. The UV stabilised reusable fine grade mesh sleeve slides over the branch and is cut to length. It will deter birds and other pests, but has a large enough mesh to allow pollinating insects through. Calls to 0333 numbers are usually chargeable at a local rate from both UK landlines and mobile phones. These calls are usually included within network providers’ “free minutes” packages.

UK mainland Postage & Packing charges

We only charge you for postage and packing once per order, no matter how many items you buy. Our standard charge is £5.95 but if your order ONLY contains items marked with an envelope symbol then we charge just £3.95. If your order includes one of our heavier or larger items, then the postage price applicable is shown next to our lorry symbol - we will charge the highest postage value item in your order. For postage and packing charges to some parts of Scotland and outside the UK mainland, please telephone for a quote.

Delivery conditions

Our postage and packing prices are for most of UK mainland only. For delivery to parts of Scotland, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles please phone for a quote. For Northern Ireland we are currently only able to accept orders from and deliver to business addresses with an EORI number.

Pricing and product information

Prices, product information and availability may change over time and we reserve the right to revise these in the event of unforeseen circumstances or change in the VAT rate. Prices include VAT where applicable. All prices & offers end 31st August 2023, unless otherwise stated.

Speed of standard delivery

With stock permitting we aim to despatch orders within 1-3 working days. All parcels are then sent on a service that delivers within 3 days. If your order includes items of Garden Furniture or a Greenhouse, see our website for delivery details.

Express delivery service

Stock permitting, we offer an EXPRESS delivery service. For orders that DO NOT include a lorry symbol, pay £10.95 P&P and we can despatch your parcel by next day delivery. We must receive your order by 12 noon from Monday-Thursday whereas those placed after 12 noon Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. To receive EXPRESS delivery on items with a lorry symbol, please call 0333 400 6400 for a quotation.

Either send your order to an alternative delivery address or if you have a safe place to leave your package please let us know. Note that packages are left at entirely your own risk.

We want you to be delighted with your order so if for any reason you are unhappy with your items, you can return them in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 14 days for a replacement or a full refund. Returns postage will only be refunded if the item is damaged, faulty or if the wrong items have been sent. We do not accept responsibility for damaged or lost parcels on return. Any missing items should be reported within 14 days.
