Throughout this book you’ll see Little Ukulele Gal who represents songs I’ve especially arranged for our gatherings. As with each Ukulele Season songbook created, I am inspired by my first friend, gal pal and singing partner, Leigh-Ann my sister. It is our continuing bond that led me to playing ukulele, and gathering others to join in the fun. Thank You Sista! Earla Dawn Legault Summer 2023
That was the first sound in the sound of love; Scarce more than a silence is, and yet a sound. Hands of invisible spirits touch the strings of that mysterious instrument, the soul, and play the prelude of our fate. We hear the voice prophetic, and are not alone. - Longfellow
A quick glance at song titles shows their [key] and player level:
✿ beginner songs with C, G, F or fewer chords - Newbies you got this ✿ ✿ intermediate songs with Am, D, Dm - keep playing, you’ll soon get it
