Street Health Community Nursing Foundation Web Developer for the Safety First Project Contract Position with fee for service: $6,300.00 Street Health is a not for profit community based agency that provides innovative nursing, mental health, harm reduction and ID replacement programs and services and advocacy to men and women in south east Toronto who are homeless or insecurely housed. This project will increase sex worker's access to tech-based reporting methods for bad dates, and provide sex workers with resources and supports available through the Bad Date Coalition’s website. The project will also provide education and training to health and social service providers so they can work more effectively with sex workers.

Major Responsibilities:  Develop a system for text reporting information to the Bad Date Coalition.  Develop, build and facilitate creation of a technology based reporting method that will link information from sex workers directly to the Bad Date Coalition website for the purpose of providing instantly accessible information for sex workers via web browsers or mobile phones.  Update the Bad Date Coalition website to make text based reports available and public.  Engage with sex workers and health and social service workers to support the project and gain feedback on successes and areas for development.
