THE GARAGE The room has exposed duct work and polished cement floors, ready to be dressed up or dressed down to your liking. The space includes up to four wireless handheld microphones and integrated A/V.

PEACE Peace is located in the Museum Building and offers floor to ceiling windows with views of Downtown Milwaukee and the Menomonee River. This 1,396 square foot space includes a wireless microphone and integrated A/V.

CHROME Our semi-permanent structure is available for booking between May and the end of October each year. It features integrated A/V, as well as heating and air conditioning.

BOLT Bolt is located in the Museum Building and has approximately 400 square feet of space with floor to ceiling windows and integrated A/V.

RUMBLE Rumble offers floor to ceiling windows with sweeping views of Downtown Milwaukee and the Menomonee River and integrated A/V.

POTATO This space is located in the main Museum building and features integrated A/V and floor to ceiling windows with river views.

1903 BRIDGE/PATIO 13 This very cool, very industrial space has birds-eye views of the property through floor to ceiling windows on both sides facing East and West. Attached to the 1903 Bridge is Patio 13, a 1,000 square foot outdoor patio.

MOTOR® BAR & RESTAURANT MOTOR Bar & Restaurant has approximately 90 seats in the restaurant and an additional 50 in the bar area. Large garage doors open to the patio area that features lounge seating with fire pits on the Menomonee River.

MOTOR® CAN ROOM This newly renovated space is an extension of MOTOR® and features a long bar and comfortable seating for 40.
