-Created to honor the legacy of NYC basketball by establishing an online, virtual presence and repository of factual knowledge, for educational and entertainment purposes.

- Working together with museums, high schools colleges and other institutions, we aim to create a permanent physical location to present video, film, memorabilia, host events, invite guest speakers, hold press conferences and keep the history of NYC basketball alive.

To create an impressive display of uniforms, awards, medals, plaques tropies, photographs, films and other artifacts that will display the evolution and prominence of NYC basketball.

-Attract international tourism.

Presentations

Through photgraphy, social media, video, film, and traveling exhibitions we aim to create an historical journey that combines the growth of the game and of New York City simultaneously.

Live presentations will be available by former players, coaches and NYC basketball personalities who were active at the highest levels of basketball competition.

Combine history with educational motivation!

Work together with both academic & basketball institutions and programs such as the Earl Monroe Basketball Academy, Gauchos and more .

International Tourisn

Stage exhibitions and events at New York City museums, universities and other reputable institutions around the city to inform and enlighten visitors to New York, but also would be a great attraction for international tourists. Considering that basketball has now become a global game, the whole world knows that New York City had a major impact on stimulating that popularity!

We have connections to FIBA, national federations, teams, coaches and individuals who would stimulate international travel to New York with a focus on basketball.

Especially now, since Rucker Park has become a National Commemorative Site!. MARKETING!

GUIDED TOURS

Working together with a local bus company, create guided tours for tourists and visitors to New York. Possibility to work together with Neal Shoemaker eg. to transport visitors to places of basketball interest. He has so much experience! Perhaps to see a game at Rucker Park!

Advertise in foreign basketball magazines and newspapers. Contact journalists that we know all over Europe.

MEDIA IDEAS

on a feature documentary about basketball in New York City,. collaboration with The NYC Basketball History Project, this project could be marketed and sold. Details to be discussed! Seek funding and sponsorship opportunities for this as a separate project!

Approach local cable TV stations for recognition.

Stage relevant interviews with New York basketball personalities from the past and present Air them on cable stations. Obtain a cable program of our own! BronxNet TV for example.
