Space Palette, Chennai _ Jan 2024 - Dec 2024 Space Palette is a hub of architectural expertise, a design and built firm, that is based in Chennai. As a designer and spoc of a project, I involved in every phase of it, from imaginative conceptualization to meticulous execution and handover to client. Here I mastered to create test fitouts and translate it into tangible, aesthetically refined structures, prioritising both form and function.

Every design element used in the design is deliberate, prioritizing clean lines, open layout and a restrained color palette. Pathways demarcated with different hues of carpet emphasizes intuitive navigation and functional zoning, ensuring the space feels expansive and fluid.

The absence of excessive ornamentation creates an environment free from distractions, prioritizing mindfulness and clarity in thought. Semi-open collaborative zones foster interaction without overwhelming noise.

Value Health is a leading supplier of digital transformation services for Life Sciences and Healthcare Customers. The company sought to transform their offices into future-focused facilities that prioritised wellness, embodied their brand values, and acted as a magnet for top talent. The goal was to create a sense of community and belonging, enticing employees workplace to feel like home. A dynamic, inclusive, and community-oriented workspace is evolved by designing zones tailored to the unique needs of individuals and groups while harmonizing the principles of the 4Cs - Contemplating, Collaborating, Communicating, and Concentrating into an inspiring and efficient work environment.

The company consists of a dynamic team of employee from all age group. The design was developed to reflect the vitality of the workforce and provide an environment where they can work with joy. For that purpose, each space is intended to be colourful and energetic.

Communicating zone, the conference room is located right next to the vibrant and welcoming reception so that employee’s can have meetings with clients without having them to walk through the working parts. In the open office and collab area the ceiling is left open to have a more spacious feeling for the users. Middle part of the office is designed as a concentrating zone with ODCs/meeting rooms/cabins/phone booths and green pockets. A distinctive color palette is generated from the companies branding guideline and the same is used throughout the design.

Cloud Kinetics is a cloud transformation and managed services partner with deep and extensive hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, application and data expertise. This company is a professional yet dynamic office that is intended to establish its headquaters in India by integrating adaptability, functionality, and productivity in a compact space with modern aesthetics and thoughtful details. Through the design and build expertise of Space Palette together with project management by Cushman Wakefield, this vision has been elegantly translated into a space that merges high functionality with visual sophistication, balancing modern aesthetics. To justify this ideology followed the concept of general pendulum-swing away from raw, stripped-down office styling.

Upon entering the office, the employees are greeted by a striking logo wall made of acyrlic powder coated with their branding colors and it stands out starkly against the white backdrop. The layout facilitates improved cooperation and faster information flow, featuring a open workspace organized within the closed support areas. This space is enlivened with plants, colourful accents and discreet decor details.

These intentional design elements represents a departure from the traditional monochromatic palette, creating a cohesive environment.

One of the most exciting aspects of this project was designing a quirky multifunctional recreational space that celebrates community and collaboration. This flexibility encourages casual interactions as well as formal meetings, embodying Cloud Kinetic’s commitment to fostering teamwork and camaraderie among its diverse workforce. Also a varied vibrant environments for "Me" and "We" workspace is created, to ensure that employees can thrive in their roles while feeling connected to their colleagues.

This 2BHK residential interior design curated for Baashyaam constructions, seamlessly blends traditional charm with the sleek sophistication of contemporary aesthetics, resulting in a harmonious and inviting living environment. Rooted in the fusion of two distinct styles, the concept draws inspiration from the rich heritage of traditional design, celebrated through intricate details, warm tones, and timeless craftsmanship, while embracing the clean lines, minimalist forms, and functional elements of modern living. The design strikes a balance between old and new, creating a space that feels grounded in tradition yet resonates with the needs of a modern lifestyle. Each element is purposefully chosen to complement the other, whether it’s the pairing of vintage-inspired furniture with streamlined accessories or the juxtaposition of ornate patterns against neutral backdrops.
