SETTING NEW HEIGHTS IN REAL ESTATE
DSR GROUP IS ONE OF THE TOP BUILDERS IN SOUTH INDIA NAMELY, BENGALURU, HYDERABAD AND CHENNAI. IT WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1988 WITH THE VISION OF TRANSFORMING THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY. TODAY, DR GROUP S REPERTOIRE HAS A WIDE ARRAY OF EXCLUSIVE REAL ESTATE PROJECTS SUCH AS, VILLAS,
LUXURY HOMES, GATED COMMUNITIES, CORPORATE OFFICES AND MANY MORE. EACH OF ITS PROPERTIES IS DESIGNED TO PERFECTION BY A TEAM OF WELL SKILLED ARCHITECTS AND CONSTRUCTED TO LAFF GENERATIONS.
In the DSR project, I took the lead in 3D modeling the clubhouse, designed as the focal point of the residential complex. The design strategy involved dynamic height manipulation, creating a visually striking and modern and cohesive visual identity to the clubhouse while functioning as sun-shading devices.
The first-floor cantilever extends boldly over the ground-level swimming pool, not only maximizing usable space but also providing a shaded area that enhances the poolside experience.
To optimize both aesthetics and performance, I integrated vertical fins along the building s façade. These fins serve a dual purpose: they act as architectural elements that lend a modern and cohesive visual identity to the clubhouse while functioning as sun-shading devices.
During my work on Aparna Residency, I was extensively involved in the preparation of construction drawings and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, ensuring clarity and precision for seamless execution on-site. This included detailed coordination of toilet layouts, where I developed comprehensive plans and sections, specifying fixture placements, drainage slopes, waterproofing layers, and tile patterns to maintain functionality and aesthetic standards. Additionally, I focused on joinery details, preparing meticulous drawings for door and window assemblies that addressed material specifications, frame dimensions, and installation techniques.
. This hands-on involvement not only strengthened my technical drawing skills but also enhanced my understanding of construction workflows and on-site problem-solving, contributing to the project s overall success.
