The units are placed at different levels, so that every unit receives ample sunlight. The building is oriented in such a way that the space in between the buildings is shaded during the entire day. The roof is treated with solar panels so that it gets the maximum sunlight and thus convert it into energy, making the building more energy efficient. The stilts created by placing the units at different heights also provide a space for recreation.

There are no internal staircases in the building. The access to each unit is directly from the central space which again brings every user to have a connect.
