Garry joins Directors, father and daughter team, Greg and Candice Gottschalk in a similar role overseeing management of 4 offices which include New Town, Northern Suburbs (Glenorchy), Rosny and Sorell, strategically located across greater Hobart under the Harcourts Signature brand. Alongside sales, Garry understands the importance of offering his clients a professional property management service, which is why he works in close partnership with his property management team to implement strategic plans that are suitable to their needs and what they want to achieve as property investors. Based in New Town, Garry is always generous with his time and is well placed to assist clients with his authority and direction. Bi-lingual and being fluent in Cantonese, a tertiary education with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Diploma of Property has provided a wonderful springboard for Garry to establish himself with over 13 years as a real estate professional. Garry knows the importance of a healthy work/life balance, so quiet time is spent with his wife Tania and children Bailey and Nelson, indirectly equipping him to exhibit empathy Time permitting, walking her elderly and sensitivity to clients’ needs. Dachshunds named Mimi and Personal fitness is also a high priority.
