Prior to his commencement in real estate, Damien obtained a trade certificate in horticulture and worked in the Brighton and Southern Midlands municipalities for many years. Tarah relocated from Melbourne to Hobart in 2014 and immediately fell in love with Tasmania and all the natural beauty it has to offer.

Tarah has spent the last 8 years working in the automotive industry, firstly as a sales consultant and then moving into a finance & insurance manager position. Working in these positions has given her excellent insight into providing the best customer experience possible.

Bianca Hollingsworth Property Representative Personal Assistant to Damien Hollingsworth Bianca works alongside her uncle Damien as his Personal Assistant and has previously worked in Property Management as a Rental Manager for over 4 years. She brings with her the ability to create positive working relationships and personalise her service to meet the individual needs of her clients.

Being a property owner and investor herself, Bianca understands the value of property and the expectations of clients, always working with their best interests in mind.
