A Message From Our Principal The sales market has been unbelievable the last half of 2020 and the momentum has not slowed in the first quarter of 2021. Reports of skyrocketing sales, packed open homes and landmark auctions have further cemented the city’s remarkable real estate resurgence. Fresh on the back of one of the busiest Januarys the region has seen in a decade, Harcourts Homeside, recorded some impressive results with March being our best on record. Over the past few months, we have experienced an influx of buyer enquiry along with many buyers missing out on properties that have been sold with multiple offers in place.
