2019 - 2020

A Message From

As we embark on this new financial year and reflect on the year that has been, it is evident that it has been a year of numerous highs and lows for many individuals, families, small- and large-scale businesses. While the start of the financial year saw a high level of buyer engagement, the effect of COVID-19 initially placed a standstill on buying confidence and as a result we saw many buyers and sellers postpone their purchase and sale. Fortunately, since restrictions have eased and with the announcement of the new build and renovation grants, we have experienced a return in confidence which we expect to see continue throughout the new financial year. As a team, I can say that at Harcourts Homeside we are extremely proud and privileged to be a part of many achievements not only for our clients but also personally and professionally as individuals and a team throughout the year that has been. It is now even more evident that I know, we have the right individuals on board who display not only a great work ethic and understanding of the market, but the exact values and high standard of customer service that this office stands by. Here is to a great year.
