I contacted an Agent to request a viewing for 7 Gala Lane via phone message. The Agent promptly responded, and I explained our situation. I was looking for property for my mum who had recently lost her husband, our dad and was selling their small farm in Little River to move into town to be closer to family. As she no longer drives my sister and I drive out to bring her in. She was coming in the following day to sign some Estate paperwork and we hoped to view some suitable properties at the same time. On hearing this Shady explained that Gala Lane was sold tenanted for 3 months after settlement and we decided this wasn’t feasible. He listened to what type of property we were looking for; 2 bedroom, low maintenance, private section with garden. He quickly grasped mums need for privacy due to living rurally away from close neighbors. He said he would get back to me. He was amazing, promptly responding later in the day with 3 properties to view, accommodating his availability around our schedule.
Mum chose one of the 3 and Shady explained the Auction process for the following Thursday. He said he would forward the property documents to me that night which he did along with a ‘how to video’ for the Auction. Not only was his communication always prompt, useful and precise, his ready understanding of mum’s situation and her type of home was exceptional.
