1. Visit a place you have good memories of. Go back to those places and cherish your memories.
2. Write a letter to your younger self. What are some things you would want your younger self to know? What do you wish someone had told your younger self at that point in time?
3. Go through photos of your younger self. Remember and cherish the story behind each photograph.
4. Gift yourself what you always wanted as a child. It could be a toy or even a warm hug.
