URBAN PLANNING DRAWING

This site plan is completed with supporting medical facilities and residential facilities. In times of infectious diseases or epidemics, it can be requisitioned by the government to create a temporary quarantine site. Priority coverage especially for elderly and vulnerable people with underlying illnesses. Residents can access the different residential buildings via sky bridges. Doctors or researchers can also access the lab and medical center via the sky bridge. Local residents will get the chance to learn about the history of the epidemic and epidemic prevention at the museum, as well as some Medical self-protection measures. Each building has sufficient architectural and social distances to meet the design concept of safety.

The community follows the rule of distances to lower the power of the infectious diseases. At any time, or any disease spreading out, the labs, medical centers, test stations can be used by government to recover the society as soon as possible. Infectious diseases will be brought under control more efficiently. People, especially vulnerable groups, will also be prioritized for protection. People will also be able to easier learn about knowlege of the diseases in the museum to keep them away from them. Just like the big platform at the top of the museum on the left, through all the suffering, people will eventually reach hope, take off their masks and reach the open platform to enjoy the free air.

The Skin of the building protects people from polluted air and filters and purifies it into human and ecologically beneficial gases. At the same time, it does not let too much California sunlight into the room, and instead converts the excess light into energy for the building to operate.

These high-rise buildings are fully equipped to enable people to live a self-sufficient life. And the building’s ability to transport food, prepare meals, and convert energy with maximum efficiency allows technology to be integrated into the building and people’s lives.

Complicated transportation network. With main car lanes, and some narrow street lanes through the neighborhood. Underground subways and public transportations are also nearby.

In the modern and perfectly constructed commercial district of Taikoo Li, there is such an out-of-place piece of land, full of crowded people, dangerous residential buildings, and various old facilities. This is how the street looks like:

The area is a fully constructed land. Mostly built comerical buildiings and its surrounding residential buildings.

Chengdu’s current problem is that the city’s capacity is relatively small, with a population of 2 million Due to its geographical structure, the only basin in Sichuan is surrounded by mountains. The city center is crowded with dilapidated residential houses like DongShuncheng Street.

Concave in the middle, surrounded by tall buildings.

38% of the population of Chengdu Jingjiang District is below the average income, 45% is above the average income, and 17% is at the average income. Dongshuncheng Street area has more than half population of people below average income.

Traditional Sichuan opera performances,he unique ancient music of the Qingcheng Dongjing, and cultural of tea house loved by the people of Chengdu’s Jingjiang District. The ancient music of the Qingcheng Dongjing which presented in the form of chanting the Wenchang beliefs of the “Great Cave Immortal Sutra”, but its ponderous and rich content goes far beyond the beliefs of the general culture in honoring the gods, but reflects the folk beliefs and rich folk culture content centered on Mount Qingcheng in a twisted and profound way.

RIVERSIDE SPORTS PARK

In the town of Zhujiajiao, which is rich in the characteristics of the ancient town of Jiangnan, residents are paying more and more attention to body health. This project is designed to build an open sports park for people nearby at the place surrounded by residential communities. Provide residents with a variety of indoor and outdoor sports experiences and create a new type of community gathering place to connect and socialize. Following the future trend - sports are gradually becoming part of everyone’s life and inseparable from the social life.

20

Zhujiajiao Town, which belongs to Qingpu District, Shanghai, is located in the west of Shanghai and the south-central part of Qingpu District, close to Dianshan Lake Scenic Area. In 1991, it was listed as one of the four famous historical and cultural towns in Shanghai. The famous snacks of Zhujiajiao include orange red ricecake, and ZhaRou(which is pork wrapped in lotus leaves). Some opera performances are also held regularly in the town especially in festivals.

The nine old streets of the Zhujiajiao ancient town are built by the river, and more than a thousand houses are built near the river, among which the North Street, also known as the “First Line Street”, is the most completely preserved first street of Ming and Qing Dynasty buildings in the suburbs of Shanghai. Yuanjin Zen Temple (bottom left) is one of the twelve scenes of Qinghua Pavilion, which was built in 1341 during the Zhizheng period of the Yuan Dynasty, and is an important relic storage place in history. Zhujiajiao’s location, humanistic feelings and local cuisine have made many people come to live in this place, especially for the elderly after retirement.
