The 14th issue of Discover Hanover Magazine is here! You can view the digital edition of the magazine online at discoverhanoverpa.org. Local businesses are highlighted throughout the magazine. We distribute the magazine to locations highly visible to tourists. The goal of the magazine is to feature everything Hanover has to offer and draw visitors to the area. This year we featured local coffee shops, our growing craft beer scene, restaurants, shopping, and places to visit. Chamber members are featured throughout the magazine in our categories; Experience, Eat, Drink, Shop, and Stay. All Chamber members are listed in the back of the magazine in the membership directory. You may see that some members have logos and wording in the directory. This is called an Enhanced Listing. Members have the opportunity to purchase Enhanced Listings or ad space within the magazine.

We will begin advertisement sales in the summer of 2022 for the 2023 edition which will highlight the Chamber's 100th anniversary. We plan to celebrate all of Hanover's rich history in 2023 for our historic anniversary. The cover of our magazine was photographed by Dan Sell of Dan Sell Photography at Sheppard Farms on Apple Hill. Dan had permission from the owners to take the photograph and to re-print the image. Sheppard Farms on Apple Hill is celebrating 46 years of Highland Cows in Hanover this year! We thank them for allowing us to feature Apple Hill Tris on our cover. Printed copies are available now and the Chamber has begun distributing the magazines. Any Chamber member or business interested in receiving additional copies to distribute or have on site, please contact Caitlin Johnson at cjohnson@hanoverchamber.com.

SEK WINS 2022 BEST OF ACCOUNTING AWARD FOR SERVICE EXCELLENCE SEK, CPAs & Advisors announced today that the firm has won ClearlyRated's 2022 Best of Accounting® Award. This is the second consecutive year SEK has won this award. Award winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based entirely on ratings from their clients. SEK, CPAs & Advisors received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 94% of their clients, significantly higher than the accounting industry average of 53% in 2021. The firm received a Net Promoter® Score of 92.5%, approximately 2.5 times the accounting industry average of 38% in 2021. Used by more than two-thirds of Fortune 1000 companies, NPS is a satisfaction metric based on a single survey question that asks clients how likely they would be, on a scale of 0-10, to recommend a company to a friend or colleague. According to global NPS standards, a score of 50% or above is considered “excellent,” with above 70% considered “world-class.” “Our team’s commitment to providing an exceptional client experience has been a top priority since SEK was founded 59 years ago,” said Manager Member John Schnitzer. “We are delighted to receive the Best of Accounting honor again this year, and we thank ClearlyRated and our loyal clients for this special recognition.” “Winners of the 2022 Best of Accounting award for client satisfaction have demonstrated their commitment to delivering exceptional client service, even as Covid-19 has forced them to reimagine and rebuild their approach to business," said ClearlyRated's CEO and Founder, Eric Gregg. "These service leaders have kept the client experience at the heart of their business strategy, and it's my honor to celebrate and showcase the 2022 Best of Accounting winners alongside feedback from their actual clients on ClearlyRated. com!”
