Chamber Reignites Yearly Membership Drive For 2021 April marks the beginning of the Hanover Chamber's Membership Drive! The Chamber’s membership drive is an important concentrated effort to secure new members and strengthen the Chamber’s voice. It is integral to our success - and yours. Because of your involvement in the Hanover community, we ask that you, our members, take an active part in the drive. During the month of April, Chamber members will be encouraged to spread the word about the chamber and help us figure out who we don’t call a member—yet! There are several ways you can get involved. One is to fill out the insert in the center of this newsletter. All we ask is that you fill out as many categories as you can and send it back to us no later than May 1, 2021. We also encourage you to share your experience with the chamber with your key contacts and clients. Every member has a benefit they use most; whether that is our networking opportunities, affordable marketing options, cost-savings programs, etc., we ask that you spread the word and share your appreciation of the chamber. Our goal is to add 40 members by June 1, 2021, and we are counting on our current membership to help us meet that goal. As an incentive, we will allow any member who recruits two or more additional members to choose one of the following perks, free of charge: • One complimentary ticket to Snack Town Brewfest • Two complimentary tickets to a future Eye Opener Breakfast
• One complimentary ticket to a future Legislative Roundtable • One complimentary seat for lunch or dinner at our Annual Golf Outing • Complimentary social media shoutout In addition to one of the options above, all members who help us recruit during this drive will be included in a membership drive recap in our July Newsletter. Feeling extra ambitious? Members who recruit five or more new members will receive a complimentary supporting sponsorship ($500 value) for our new event, Snack Town Street Fair (formerly the Hanover Dutch Festival)! This complimentary sponsorship includes: • One exhibit space with opportunity to sell product or service • Logo and/or listing as allowed, including but not limited to: * Website * Social Media * Event Program Our Chamber Ambassadors and Board of Directors will be joining us on this drive as well, so this is truly an "all hands on deck" effort!
