The client bought the house thinking she would only be staying for a short while. She has since fallen in love with the neighborhood and her neighbors and wishes to stay. Her wish was for a house that wiould accomodate her frequent, informal entertaining outside and in, as well as provide her with a birdsnest-like sleeping area.
