5+B Full Bloom Promotion Program

5+B Full Bloom promotion program served to celebrate the anniversary of Fifth + Broadway, as well as, a thank you to the community for their support. Our local partners and tenants came together to offer a month’s worth of discounts, special pop-ups, giveaways, and more for locals and tourists alike every day for the month of March. The program brought an increase in traffic on site, in addition to and increase in reach and engagement on socials.

Highlights:

• 18 tenants and partners participated in offering promotions, giveaways, events, etc for the program

• Feedback - “Our Sip + Shop promotion was very fun! People really seemed to love it.” – Conrad Sansone, Normal Brand Owner

• Notable increase in organic social metric increases due to promotions: Instagram saw a total follower count increase to 38,589 (105.8% increase in new followers) in March. Facebook saw increases in several key metrics including engagement (20.3% increase), shares (12% increase), and likes (26.4% increase).

• Website visits for fifthandb.com increased to 31K+ visitors (21% increase).

• Anniversary event covered in article by The Tennessean

• Newsletter average open rate 39.3% (industry average 10.6%)

• Event resulted in stronger relationships and partnerships with tenant owners, sponsors, and city partners like Ryman Auditorium, Nashville Predators, News Channel 5, and more

Anniversary Party Executive Summary

Nashville Like Never Before 2.0 served to celebrate Fifth + Broadway’s 1st anniversary with a moment of gratitude for those key stake holders, partners, sponsors, community, and teams involved over the past year. The event, hosted at The Twelve Thirty Club Rooftop, boasted unique experiences surrounding community and Nashville culture with food, drinks, branded takeaways, local DJ duo, floral and art installations, and branded design elements reflected throughout the venue. Event affirmed that 5+B is a part of the community, generating/continuing the positive goodwill it has created and will continue to create for many years to come

Shop + Stroll Executive Summary

Fifth + Broadway’s Spring Market Shop & Stroll debuted with a Saturday full of inspiration, local entertainment and community tie-ins. Event included local artisan and retailer pop-ups, games, Instagrammable floral stalls, in-store activations, lemonade stand, and more! We were able to highlight local small businesses, support our existing tenants, strengthen partner relations, and create progressive experiences for locals and tourists throughout the property.

Highlights:

• Over 5,250 customers in attendance

• Feedback - "It was a blast participating in this and gave us an incredible amount of exposure. This was our best sales day of 2022 thus far!” – Brittany, The Normal Brand

• Notable social numbers include: 90K+ Impressions, 102K+ Reach, and 5K+ Engagements

• Event was featured by News Channel 5 prior to the event, resulting in over 838,822 total impressions and 4,780 in-person visits to property by viewers post-air-date

• Open rate for the event newsletter was 35.25% as opposed to the industry average of 10.6%

• The Normal Brand reported their highest sales day in 2022 due to the shop + stroll event

• “It was a blast participating in this and gave us an incredible amount of exposure. This was our best sales day of 2022 thus far. We sold around 60 hats for the day. It drove more customers to our store, who needed to grab a jacket or sweatshirt since the weather was chilly.Overall great event, lots of customers engaged at our pop up. It was awesome to see everyone wearing our hats.”
