ADDIE Training Model: what are it and its benefits? The ADDIE training model is a methodology for designing instructions. Instructors to design the training steps and procedures for a course use this instructional template. Developers around the world create, develop and organize course content using the ADDIE Model. Although this model was developed in the 1970s, it is still widely used, as it is simple and effective. The best part is that this template can be used for any type of education whether online or offline.

Define the ADDIE training model ADDIE is an acronym where each alphabet represents each stage of the development process. ADDIE is a 5-step training template that helps create a course. The 5 phases of the ADDIE model are analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Teachers should proceed step by step in implementing the course. Pass reviews should be made continuously throughout the process. ADDIE is more of a circular pattern where each step is repeated until perfection is achieved. The fifth and final stage of the model is an assessment that provides feedback that helps improve the course content and process consistently. The ADDIE model is also one of the most successful models currently in existence. Instructional educational design models that exist today are all based on the ADDIE model.
