Welcome to Responsible Organising Conference at Hanken School of Economics!

Your way in and around HANKEN on 13th November, 2017 This document will guide you to the most important places during your time at Hanken, so keep this handy at all times.

♦ The Wi-Fi and computer login- see instructions below: a. Wireless Computer Network (WLAN): You have access to HOPEnet on the campus. You use the user-id and password written below. b. User-ID: RO20171 c. Password: H5qADkx9BQzk d. Responsibility: You are personally responsible for every action taken while logged in with your user-id e. Login at a computer in Hanken computer network: The information you give is user-ID, password and Domain: HANKEN f. Logout: Remember to always log off when you leave the computer (choose ‘Start, log off…’). Late in the afternoon or evening you should shut down the computer

♦ Registration Desk: The registration desk is in the lobby area (Foyer) outside the restaurant on ground floor.

♦ Morning Session: The morning session from 9:30 to 11:45 is held in the Auditorium room (Festsalen) next to the registration desk. To read about the speakers/panelists, please refer to the biography provided to you in the information material in your bag or visit www.hanken.fi/responsibleorganising.

♦ Afternoon Parallel Sessions: The parallel workshops in the afternoon session are organised in rooms A303 and A304 and A210. Please check your room number in the program that has been provided to you in the bag depending on the workshop that you have registered for. To read about the workshop facilitators, please refer to the biography provided to you in the information material in your bag or visit www.hanken.fi/responsibleorganising.

♦ Lunch: The lunches are organized in Restaurant Metropol, (address: Hietaniemenkatu 14) See section on Maps, item no. 1.

♦ Toilets: The bathrooms/toilets are located on first floor (same as the registration), and one floor below the registration place, and on 3rd floor where parallel workshop sessions take place. The directions have been marked for you.

♦ Water arrangement: The water arrangement is made at the ground floor in the foyer. It is advisable to refill your bottles provided to you during registration keeping in line with the sustainability and social responsibility theme of conference. Please see our note on tap water quality in Finland near water barrels.

♦ Assistants for your help: We have four assistants plus two members of the organising team Marie-lou Manca and Sanchi Maheshwari. In case you need any help, please do not hesitate to contact our Assistant Team who will be around the building.
