The Standard at Syracuse reimagines student housing as a haven of upscale hospitality, marrying the vibrancy of communal living with the refined touch of luxuryaccommodations located just north of Syracuse University.

Culturally diverse and academically driven undergraduate and graduate students from Syracuse University and neighboring educational institutions, who seek a unique living experience steeped in history, spirituality, and contemporary comfort, fostering a tightknit community of learners and thinkers eager to engage in an enriching dialogue that embraces both their studies and the rich cultural heritage of the temple’s restoration.

Elevated amenity spaces are curated to foster both academic and holistic growth, fostering an environment that nurtures the mind, body, and soul. As students settle into this architectural marvel, they will find themselves embraced by an aura of sophistication that seamlessly blends with the exuberance of youth. The strategic incorporation of soft colors, wood and metal throughout pays homage to timeless elegance, while the intricate placement of textures, shapes, and colors evoke feelings of zest, creativity, and rejuvenation.

Level 2 of this building is the historic temple and is the Heritage area.

Blending a new building into a historic setting involves a delicate balance between preserving the past and meeting present-day needs, requiring meticulous planning, sensitivity, and a deep understanding of both architectural heritage and modern functionality. this heritage area must be adapted to face current societal challenges such as the conservation of cultural heritage, transformation into tourist centers, and adaptation to new uses and functions that demand energy retrofitting strategies .

The enhancement of modern heritage buildings is another challenge, as they are often degraded or abandoned and their historical value is not well acknowledged by potential buyers and owners.

In this layout, our main priority is to create a balance between the past and the present In order to blend with its historic surroundings is to consider the function and performance of the new building, and how it will meet the needs and expectations of the clients and the users.

This means analyzing the program, the space requirements, the accessibility, the comfort, the safety, and the efficiency of the building, as well as its potential impacts on the environment and the heritage. It also means finding creative solutions to integrate the new functions and technologies with the old structures and systems, and to ensure compatibility and adaptability over time.

When reviewing the area to identify upgrades and changes desired, we want to make sure to take in the entire picture –all elements of the house and its surroundings that could/should be upgraded. The college experience is a transformative period in a young person’s life, but it can also be challenging, stressful, and overwhelming. Architectural design plays a vital role in shaping the campus environment, and must engage the whole person: the social, emotional, and physical. Student housing plays a crucial role in shaping the college experience, as it serves as a home away from home for students. The design of student housing facilities can significantly impact the well-being and sense of community among students.

Knowing that, the concept of Related W. Cleveland Tampa is focused on creating a comfortable and dynamic space for students. This design will be branding as a thoughtful architectural design can contribute to the creation of a supportive and inclusive living-learning communities that focuses on mind, body, and spirit to promote student mental health.

The Ixora Ho Tram project is located in the north of The Grand (Vung Tau)

Resort, designed by Korn-architects. The project is a 12-storey Condotel consists of 164 flats with 1,2 bedrooms and penthouse units, 44 sea-view villas. The design concept of the main building is the look of a ship looking out to the sea from the shore. The floor plans as well as the apartments are designed open, airy, all units are Sea-view. Along with the main building and the villas are the swimming pool and a very large swimming pool close to the beach, with beach club, beach bar.

Located near Temple’s University, this project is expected to become a student housing with perfectly balances community, privacy, comfort, and entertainment.

Our focus will be on flexible design and adaptability. These ensure students can seamlessly switch from one activity to another without leaving campus. Also, we believe that successful student housing ensures all students can equally access and use learning and entertainment spaces on campus. When designing athletic centers, socialization zones, and interior community rooms, architects need to take into account the needs and wants of every student on campus. No student should have difficulty accessing and using any facility or amenity on campus.

Our student housing design addresses and meets modern and current housing standards, including flexibility, safety, accessibility, sustainability, and community.
