Classroom Observations During classroom observations, ensure that teachers are completing the following: • Are they using the developmental teaching order as outlined in the corresponding grade-level teacher’s guide?

Advanced Implementation: Observe to Learn Workshops (ideal for second or third year implementation) Course Description The Observe to Learn workshop is a two-part format. Part one includes teachers observing the presenter instructing a lesson to students using the curriculum. The lesson will be determined ahead of time with the sponsor and the school workshop coordinator. Part two is a Q&A session. Teachers are encouraged to be prepared with questions ahead of time as well as formulate questions based on the classroom lesson observation. This workshop is recommended 6+ months after initial implementation.
