When I click on the left navigation button, there are no menu options that appear.

When I open a workbook, I only see a small, blank portion of the book.

When I login, I see the Welcome message, but can’t click on anything to close it.

It sounds like your screen is not large enough to show everything on the page. The best user experience will be on a laptop or desktop in full screen. If you are unable to see everything, try changing the screen resolution or shrinking the size of your screen so you can click on the appropriate button or link to get past the welcome message.

When I login, I see the copyright message, but can’t see how to close it.

When I login, I get a white screen.

Seeing a white screen could be security or network related. One way to check is to open a Chrome browser and click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the browser. Then select “New incognito window”. Once the new window opens, go to the site and try to login again. If the site opens fine, then there is a setting or add-in that is disrupting the website within your browser. If the site is still not loading, please disable all security products on your computer or network and try again. If that fixes it, you will need to consult with your administrator or the support of your security product to whitelist our domains (*.LWTears.com).

I would like to download videos to share with my students or other families.

For Teachers: It is not possible to download our videos. However, you can use something like Screencastify to video yourself teaching a lesson using the videos and send to students. Or you can send your parents to hitt.LWTears.com and have them Create an Account. This will give them the same visibility that you currently have. You may also send them to the support page to give them information on how to navigate. For Parents: It is not possible to download our videos to share. However, you can have your own access to all of the videos, available worksheets, and more by joining here.
