This design brought to life in a calming, classy way along with the concrete touch while remaining faithful to lush greenery theme and great air circulation The main accent is concrete element which an extremely malleable and adaptable material that can be used to create unique forms

ANJUNG SELERA FOOD COURT

Food court design has been separated into two areas where the first food court is intended for relaxation area. It designed specifically for snacks that don't have a strong cooking smell.

Food court two is made for food with a strong smell because it is situated across from the office. This area is closer to the side of the corridor and has an open area to allow for good ventilation

VIRTUAL OFFICE SPACE

Virtual Office Space is a service that rents out office space to users for work or study. It may also be thought of as a facility that offers a variety of office options under one roof.

It has four workspaces, three computer services that users can use for a fee

IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT OF MALAYSIA

According to the official color of the previous office, this immigration office is designed with a combination of grey and light blue colors, and it is still paired with the concrete texture. The waiting area has a more loosened layout, with a metal link chair paired with a blue and white velvettextured sofa.

GOVERNMENT & PRIVATE DEPARTMENT OFFICES

To facilitate the movement of users, ATM machines are placed at the front and can be accessed as soon as they arrive at level 1

Government & Private department offices are clustered together to allow users to move around without having to mix with other public facilities.

The implementation of natural elements such as hardwood, oak, stone and others

Bring in greenery elements such as hanging plants & small tree inside the building that are easy to maintain

Textured plaster wall, exposed brick column & poured concrete floors to shows the industrial touch

Using an open concept design to allow natural light into the building, reduce the need for artificial lighting, and save energy

DESIGN CONCEPT

SebugarMahsuri

Sebugar Mahsuri is a concept that reintroduced traditional Malay nostalgia with modern & contemporary interior touch. The word 'Sebugar' that brings mean fresh is what this concept trying to show by implementing clean and curvy lines. While the word 'Mahsuri' is the name of Langkawi's famous legendary, the land of the Galeria Perdana is located. This concept is utilizing the natural materials in this design such as wood, marble etc.

Upon the entrance of the museum, visitors will be welcomed by the Seasonal Exhibition of some dolls collection that belong Tun Hasmah.

Tun's Biography

Visitors will enter the gallery and going into the first gallery which is textiles gallery or straight to the center court for Tun's Biography hologram shows. 4

Crafts Gallery

Textiles Gallery will be showcase the uniqueness of Malay & other textiles from Asia countries.

Next, after completing the the visit at Textiles Gallery, visitors will enter the crafts gallery that showcasing the wonderful design crafts.

At the center court, visitors can experience hologram shows of Tun's Biography to understand his historical facts, as well as the museum ' s history, before going deeper into the section of the gallery inside.

End of gallery tour at Block B, visitors can stop by the merchandise shop or continue their exploration in other galleries. 7

Following the amazing exhibition at Crafts Gallery, visitors will walk into the painting section that designed to be simple yet interesting.

PAINTING GALLERY

The design is very simple and minimalist as the approach for this area is to highlight the painting instead of putting the unnecessary background

CRAFT GALLERY

This gallery is designed as a curvy tunnel to drive the visitors along the collections that being showcase inside the built-in display case tunnel cabinet.

HOLOGRAM PLATFORM

At the center court, a very simple but classy design of hologram platform is also designed where the hologram videos of Tun’s will be played.

This gallery is the biggest one in this floor with more than four types of display case that were designed for different types of textiles collection

DESIGN CONCEPT

Oriental

Oriental Kopitiam, is a concept that represents Asian style as well as Chinese Heritage Elements. The idea behind the kopitiam is to highlight the hotel as a place where people come and go after spending their time there. This design concept aims to provide guests with a different hotel style that does not limit the activities in the hotel to just sleeping, but rather to make it a place where guests can spend their vacation. With a modern twist, the design concept combines Asian Oriental Style and Indo-Chine Interior Style Overall, this design will take the guest as if they are in the old days and will bring them back to this place again.

Graceful Earthiness

The concept Graceful Earthiness combining Classic elements live in a harmony way with contemporary style creating a graceful & richness vibes. Promoting the concept of down to earth, this concept derived to upholding the natural elements from every part of the earth; from the soil, greenery, water & the sky. Slate Blue, Dark Slate Blue, Green, Brown, White Cream colors has been chosen to represent the natural earth elements.
