Story Time Hamps Hamps

Summer 2023 at last! Welcome everyone to the premiere issue of Hamptons Storyboard-”Where the stories come Alive!” I’m Joseph Palmisano, publisher and editor-in-chief. It is my pleasure to bring about a magazine that’s entertaining, fun, flirty and most of all dedicated to the good times that the Hamptons has to offer. I’ve been coming to the Hamptons since I was a kid and it has provided me with many fond memories and great stories. I want to share mine and your stories, within these pages, while showcasing all the Hamptons has to offer.

As the Summer of 2022 was coming to a close my wife, Cyn, and I were reflecting upon that year’s stories and

memories when the idea to start a magazine came up. Now, what would we call it? What would we write about? Who would we have in it? These and a million other questions started to swirl within our heads. So after many days and nights of storyboarding ideas and concepts we came to the conclusion to publish an entertainment magazine. Not just any entertainment magazine, an entertainment magazine that would highlight the people, places, and entertainers that make the Hamptons so special.

Being big fans of Bravo TV and it’s exec Andy Cohen, he’s the driving force behind many of their HIT reality shows as well as being a celebrated author; his latest book, Daddy Diaries, just came out and joins his other HIT books, specifically-Superficialwhich I’m mentioned in, on bookshelves everywhere. So we thought what better way to start off our magazine and The Hamptons 2023 Summer season than to showcase some of their many reality stars.

Along with exclusive Bravolebrity interviews you’ll find articles on love, relationships, style and fashion, health, and many other interesting and thought provoking topics. Now, none of this could have happened without the artisans,

contributors, and folks who gave up their time for interviews and to write articles along with my dedicated staff who worked tirelessly and diligently to put out the best entertainment magazine possible.

To everyone, THANK YOU!

So bring us along as you, your family, and friends embark on the Summer of

2023 making new memories and stories because here at Hamptons Storyboard we are, “Where the stories come Alive!”

Slicin’ and Dicin’ with Chef Ben Robinson of Below Deck

He may have worked Below Deck on the HIT Bravo TV show of the same name but, his food is top deck all day long. Chef Ben Robinson has been slicin’ and dicin’ since the tender age of 5. He credits his culinary curiosity to both his mother and grandmother who he calls fantastic cooks. Living in the rural English countryside, Chef Ben cut his teeth cooking on an AGA oil drip stove where he mastered his family’s sauces. Be it tomato, espagnole, or bearnaise sauce, he was well on his way to a formidable cooking career. His parents allowed him to cook for the family but if he got too adventurous in his cooking, he was cut off from the kitchen so he could cool his heels and reflect upon his actions. Ben talks about the time when he was a young teenager and his father tried to pass off frozen fish as fresh. Ben called him out and said not only was it frozen, it came from our freezer. His pallet was so in tune with what he was eating, he could easily distinguish foods and their origins. Needless to say, his dad was not happy, but Ben was known for pushing the envelope. By the age of 22 he had 4 or 5 years of culinary experience under his belt working in restaurants in England, NYC, and Boston. Unfortunately, he wasn’t making a ton of money and living in these cities costs a ton of money. So, one day his older brother said that he should look for a job on a yacht. They get paid

well, travel the world, and always have a place to sleep. Ben didn’t need to hear anymore. So, at the age of 22 he set his sights on the high seas. His first job was that of a deckhand. He liked it. It was not too hard and there were fun times to be had with the other crew members. All was fine and dandy until one day the captain, they’d become friends, said, ‘what are you doing?’ See, Ben was cooking for the crew because the yacht did not have a chef and the captain said, ‘you cook too good to be a deckhand, you should work as a chef.’ At that moment, the captain took Ben below deck and introduced him to his new post, ‘the galley.’ He let Ben know that if you don’t like it, you can leave. Well, that was that. He stayed and embarked on his journey working as a chef on luxury yachts. At this point Ben realized that if he did this for a year, he could leave for another yacht and double his salary. He did this for 4 years and amassed a bounty of cash which he used to invest in himself. He’d hire chefs, that he admired, to teach him what they knew. Now at around the age of thirty he had enough of the yachting life and decided to go to NYC to open a high-end catering company. He did this for a while but realized it wasn’t all that he thought it would be and he didn’t want to be in the cold any longer. So back to Florida, specifically Fort Lauderdale, he went. Now in FLA, he saw an ad for a chef for the Bravo TV show, Below Deck. Being

Steak au Poivre in a Green Peppercorn Sauce

Ingredients:

Two 6-ounce beef tenderloin filets

Fine sea salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Sprinkle the filets generously with salt.

Heat a medium cast-iron skillet over high heat until it starts to smoke slightly. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to the pan. Sear the filets on both sides until browned, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet fitted with a wire rack. Cook in the oven until desired doneness, about 7 minutes for medium rare.

Meanwhile, return the skillet

2 teaspoons green peppercorns in brine, drained

½ beef bouillon cube

¼ cup cognac

1 tablespoon porcini powder

6 sprigs thyme for garnish

Coarse sea salt for garnish

to medium heat. Add the heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, green peppercorns, and bouillon cube. Bring to a simmer and let reduce by about half, about 2 minutes. Add the cognac and porcini powder and let reduce again for 1 minute.

Remove the beef from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Cut the filets across the grain into 2-inch pieces and top with the au poivre sauce, thyme sprigs and a pinch of coarse salt.

confident in his abilities, as he has worked on yachts before, he sent his application in. After some interviewing, screen tests, and general TV back and forth, he was offered the chef position on Below Deck and his adventures on the high seas began all over again. He enjoyed the experience of being on TV and especially being back on luxury yachts.

With this, let’s drop anchor and throw some Q&A lines out with Chef Ben and see what we catch.

Yachties Kasey Cohen All aboard who’s coming aboard!

Meet Kasey Cohen. One of the stars of Bravo TV’s HIT shows, Below Deck. Kasey was on season 3 of Below Deck Mediterranean with Captain Sandy Yawn at the helm. Originally from Oceanside, NY, Kasey has been on and around the water practically her entire life. While on land, Hamptons Storyboard spoke with Kasey to get the deets on all that she’s been up to.

Q: How did you get cast on Below Deck?

A: I saw a casting call for it and I applied.

Q: What was the experience like being on Below Deck?

A: It was a very tough job but a very rewarding experience; waking up to different, beautiful sceneries in exotic places.

Q: Walk us through a day in the life of a yachtie.

A: Depending on your position and your rank, your day can be pretty different! Being a third stew, my day would start by waking up between 5-6 AM, I’d get ready, eat a quick breakfast and then begin my duties. I’d start off by juicing oranges for freshly squeezed juice, I’d then make a table scape, set the outdoor table and prepare for breakfast while watching the sunrise. I’d then restock any items that were needed, vacuum, dust, and polish around the yacht until the guest(s) woke up. Afterwards, I’d make them coffee or morning cocktails until breakfast service was ready to begin. While breakfast service was going on, I’d be down in the cabins tidying up. Once that was done, I’d see if my assistance was needed with breakfast service, and if not, I’d start cleaning the pantry and the aftermath of breakfast service. Next, if there was no excursion to go on, I’d tend to the guests, restock anything that was needed, and head into the laundry to wash, dry, fold, hang or iron clothes. There is always something to do in

yachting, always! At some point I’d have an hour or two break, and then I’d help set up for dinner service. Once dinner service began, I’d start turndown service in the cabins and then see if my help was needed for dinner service. If not, I’d go back to my normal cleaning, restocking or laundry duties. When all is said and done, I’d eat dinner, get ready for bed, quickly catch up with my friends and family and then go to sleep.

similar, if not the same, caliber of that overseas.

Q: What other Bravo show(s) would you like to be on?

A: I think it would be fun to be on either Vanderpump Rules, Summer House or The Real Housewives.

Q: What are you up to today?

A: These days I’m working, modeling, and being an influencer.

Q: What brands are you working with/sponsorship?

living on Long Island?

A: I really love the atmosphere, the lifestyle, and the people. I was fortunate to grow up on the water and have a lifestyle that was laid back, calming and close enough to fast-paced NYC to take advantage of the excitement and culture that this area has to offer.

Q: Favorite Long Island beach?

A: We are so lucky because Long Island has lots of beautiful beaches, but the beaches in the Hamptons are unmatched. They are well known for being at the top of the list of the best beaches in the world.

Q: One word that describes the Hamptons for you.

A: Picking one word is difficult but I’d have to say it’s a mix of luxury, upscale, and relaxing.

Q: What do you love about the east end?

A: I love all the restaurants and shops and how it gives you somewhat of a small town city vibe.

Q: Favorite restaurant on Long Island and NYC?

A: On Long Island it’s Nick & Tony’s in East Hampton, in NYC it’s Cipriani-Downtown.

Q: Favorite thing to do in the Hamptons?

A: Lounging on the beach and white parties.

Q: Favorite summer food?

A: Salted watermelon! If there is ever a watermelon shortage at the supermarket, I would be to blame.

Q: What advice did Captain Sandy give you that you took to heart?

Q: Why do you think so many yachties, on Below Deck, come from Long lsland?

A: I think so many of us yachties, from Below Deck, come from Long Island because Long Island is very big in the yachting industry, especially in the Hamptons. There’s a level of expectation when it comes to the sophistication and luxury aspects of yachting in the Hamptons, which is at a

A: I have the pleasure of working with Shein, Teami, Supermodels Unlimited Magazine, and Jus10H (Justin Haynes) consistently.

Q: Dream job?

A: My dream job, ever since I was a kid, is to be an actress. I’ve always loved the idea of creating art in performance and evoking emotion out of people to make them feel connected and alive.

Q: What do you love about

A: Captain Sandy’s experience saw value in my ability and made sure to give me the opportunity to excel in my job. One piece of advice that stuck with me was that “You have the capability even if you didn’t have the experience.”

Q: How can we find, follow, and keep up with all things Kasey Cohen?

A: You can follow and keep up with me on all socials as @KaseyLCohen

Born and Bred, Sayville Style...

Growing Up Sayville: Colin Macy-O’Toole

Growing up in the town of Sayville, on the south shore of Long Island, I thought I had my life figured out. I was going to be a music teacher, buy a house and start my adult life in the place I’ve always loved. Being a naive twenty-something-year-old, I thought it would be easy getting a teaching job on Long Island. Boy, was I wrong.

Thankfully at that time I was, and still are, a Fire Island ferry captain at Sayville Ferry Service, While debating whether I wanted to pursue a teaching career, I stumbled across a television show on Bravo, “Below Deck.” I knew I had plenty of maritime experience, but was also aware working on a mega-yacht is nothing like captaining a four-mile journey to Fire Island. So I went online, filled out the application and within a few months I was on the show, that’s when life took a full 180.

Filming two seasons of “Below Deck Mediterranean” in Italy and the South of France were the best experiences of my life but this was only the beginning. Being invited to “Watch What Happens Live” and to the very first BravoCon in New York City was an honor and I relished every moment of it.

By 2020, my Below Deck days

were behind me and I didn’t know what was next. Then in late 2020 a new show “Galley Talk”,where former Below Deck yachties go to each other’s houses and discuss the latest episodes of Below Deck, came a calling. Now, between filming Galley Talk, I try to use my social media to help local Long Island companies. I like to highlight new restaurants and attend local charity events. One company I’m excited to be partnering with is Northern Nav, a local clothing company whose proceeds go to Long Island’s Neighborhood House, a support group for individuals struggling with loss from addiction, suicide, or coping with grief. Northern Nav produces a variety of shirts, hoodies, and hats representing special areas of Long Island.

A lot has happened over the past five years. One thing I will never lose sight of, however, is where I come from. Sayville, Long Island, is a place that will always be special in my heart.

So if you see me on Fire Island, out in Montauk or driving a ferry on the Great South Bay, come say hello –that’s what Long Island is all about.

Tanner is a Long Island guy who grew up in Sayville. He is now living with his girlfriend in Rhode Island with their two dogs Tito and Bear. He’s currently working for Freedom Boat Club where he enjoys working on the docks, maintaining the boats, and mingling with customers. His new passion, and it seems like it is everyone else’s, is pickle ball which he plays in a league with a group of friends.

Tanner discussed what he loves about Long Island. He misses the food scene that you can only find in New York, especially on Long Island. He misses going to the deli for a BEC sandwich as well as getting a pie (if you know, you know). He’s always comparing, with his girlfriend, the food found here vs. the food found up in New England. Be it the quintessential BEC, a pie, or a New England staple-lobster roll, more often than not Long Island takes the win.

Tanner misses the traveling aspect of Below Deck. His season was in Thailand. The people, places, and food found there left an indelible mark on him. He enjoys earning a living at something he loves to do. As they say, if you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.

As the co-host of The Big Fat Joey Show, heard Sundays on WGBB radio and on your favorite podcast platform, you know I had to play ‘This or That’ with this hottie yachtie!

Q: Sand in your sandwich or sand in your shorts?

A. Shorts.

Q: Sandals or slides?

A. Sandals.

Q: Top bunk or bottom bunk?

A. Top bunk.

Q: Captain Lee or Captain Morgan?

A. Captain Morgan.

When all is said and done, Tanner is grateful for all of life’s experiences and the people he has met along the way. He lives by the mantra “appreciate what you have and who you are doing it with.”

Inside the Summer House with Luke Gulbranson

If you build it, they will come, and there’s no one better at building (he built his own cabin in the Minnesota woods) than Summer House alum Luke Gulbranson. Between building cabins, designing jewelry and cologne fragrances, being a candle maker, acting, modeling, developing a lager beer, syrup, and of course playing hockey, Luke was able to carve out some time to speak with us. He’s a fan fav and bestie with the OG of Summer House, Carl Radke. He’s not one dimensional, he’s multi-faceted and super talented at all he does. Being as busy as you are, what made you want to be involved in so many diverse and unique lines of business? Being a sports guy and driven to succeed helps to fuel my energy and desire to do my best. I like the challenge of learning new things and venturing out into the unknown.

I guess we can thank your love for hockey for putting you in the position that you are in.

Yes! Hockey seems to have been the catalyst for all that came to be. I was playing college hockey and a talent agent happened to come across me playing and as they say, the rest is history. I’m thankful for that moment because without it, I might not be where I am today doing what I love, acting. I find it extremely creative, magical, and invigorating. How did you get on Summer House? I happened to meet and become friendly with Kyle Cooke in NYC. He was telling me about a show he was involved with, we began talking, and the next thing I knew I’m at the Summer House shooting with the rest of the cast. It was a great experience with a lot of great people. Being on a show with so many people, who was the last person you text with from the house?

Carl, we’ve become good friends over the years and hang out whenever we can. Now that you’ve summered in the Hamptons for a few years, what do you like most about it?

I love the people, the small-town feel, the vibe, the beaches, the walking paths, the nature preserves, the atmosphere, and the environment, I love it all. The one thing that I don’t love is the traffic. It’s a bear getting from one place to another.

If you could put together the ultimate Summer House cast, who would it include?

Wow! That’s a great question. I’d have me, Carl, Lindsay, Alex, Andrea, Lexi, Captain Lee, Dolores, Frank Jr., Ashley Darby, Taylor, Sheana and Brock, Tom Schwartz, LaLa Kent, Candiace, Danielle, Danielle’s ex Robert, and Hannah and her husband Des. That’s who I’d have. You now also have two new products out and about. Happy Dog Lager, which is growing in popularity and availability, it’s now available on draft at all Minnesota Twins baseball games. Along with that, you have a new line of maple syrup-Luke’s Maple

Syrup. Do you sleep! Lol! You are busy, busy, busy. Food, how, why?

Well Joe, I get involved with products that I enjoy. I enjoy beer and maple syrup. It’s as simple as that.

Between living in NYC and jaunting to the Hamptons for the summer, what’s your style?

I like to wear a pair of rolled up Dickies, a Harley-Davidson shirt, and a pair of Chuck Taylor’s. If I’m getting ready to have fun in the sun, I wear shorts, no shirt, or shoes. That’s my style. To get to and from, how do you roll?

I’m a Harley-Davidson guy but, a 69/70 Charger or Chevelle SS works too. Follow Luke on IG: @Lukegulbranson

The King Zach Erdem The King

Zach
Erdem

Anew year, a new reno, and a new season of Serving The Hamptons on Max-formally HBO Max. This Hampton’s King is the ruler of the East End. I was able to catch up with the ever so charming Zach Erdem at his newly renovated restaurant, 75 Main, in Southampton. If you know, you know, but if you don’t, Zach is humble, sweet, and filled with kindness. He greets and welcomes his customers with open arms, a big smile, and the want to make their dining experience the best that it can be.

As we meandered our way to the back of the restaurant, sidestepping the busy waitstaff, Zach guided us to a secluded corner where we watched dishes and glasses being set for his next patron’s epicurean delight. As we sat back and chatted away, me sipping on some H2O and Zach on his third espresso of the day-he’s been known to drink upwards of 20 depending on the day, we talked all things Zach Erdem. On this chilly day he was looking all sorts of GQ with his maroon sweater, black jeans, and loafers.

You want to know who Zach Erdem is? Well, he is the most famous shepherd in the world. Hailing from Turkey, he came to the United States, New York specifically, with no money, no place to live, and no one to help him. Being a hard worker and having no reservations about doing an honest day’s work, Zach soon found himself working in some of NYC’s most famous restaurants.

That hard work and dedication paid off. He soon found himself heading east to the playground of the rich and famous, The Hamptons. Being a believer in God, an animal lover, and a kind and generous person has helped to guide is decisions. Those decisions soon led him to find himself working in the Hamptons at some of NYC’s most famous restaurant outposts. Not being shy about getting his hands dirty, he soon found himself working at what would, down the road, become the pinnacle of his hospitality empire, 75 Main, in Southampton. After many years as a restaurant worker, then restaurant owner, Zach has now recently become the owner/ operator of all things 75 Main-the building and the restaurant.

With the hustle and bustle of the newly renovated 75 Main going at full speed, nothing is overlooked or underserved. The air is perfumed with the delicate aromas of Michelin inspired meals along with the decadent sweetness of desserts. Scrumptious just begins to explain the dining experience you’ll have at 75 Main. After being closed for renovations the last half of winter, the restaurant opened to rave reviews and culinary acclaim. Designed by world acclaimed interior designers at Bishop

Design (IG @wearebishopdesign), 75 Main is on-point with their Tulum vibed, open concept, chic new look. With natural wood floors, coffered ceilings, palm tree wallpaper, and a fresh splash of white paint, this remodel leaves nothing untouched.

Zach has been a fixture in the Hamptons for years and describes it as rich, famous, and fun! So much so that at 75 Main you never know who you might run into. This Hampton’s hotspot is the place to see and be seen. Be it celebrities, politicians, or athletes, 75 Main is the MAIN place to be in the Hamptons. Of all those who have entered, be it Kendell Jenner or a local, Zach loves those who love to have fun. All this fun comes at a price, the price of no sleep. There’s no kicking back for this King. He’s on the move virtually 24/7. From wearing the hat of a restaurateur, hotelier, nightclub empresario, reality TV star or just the King of the Hamptons, Zach knows no limits. Not only is he preparing for the upcoming 2023 Hampton’s season, he’s preparing to film the third season of his HIT reality TV show, Serving The Hamptons. He couldn’t divulge too much but he did let us know that there are new faces, new romances, and drama, drama, drama. He’s excited for everyone to catch all the seasons on Max.

Being a hands-on owner helps to maximize his restaurant’s allure. Patrons see that he’s always there, doing what needs to be done. He puts in 20-hour workdays, to ensure his patrons receive the best restaurant experience possible. Being a shepherd in his native country of Turkey has taught him the value of a hard, honest days’ work. He’s proud of the life he’s built for himself, but he wishes his dad were alive to share in his success.

Owning a restaurant comes with all sorts of interesting interactions. Zach tells me about a woman who brought in her own eggs, veggies, and cheese so that the restaurant could make her breakfast. He explained that that’s not how it works and that he’d make her whatever she wants. She relented and allowed him to make her a veggie and cheese omelet. She didn’t think she should receive a bill and was pleasantly surprised when instead, Zach left her a lovely note telling her that breakfast was on him and that he looks forward to her returning.

When you think Zach’s plate is full, the King of the Hamptons always finds room for more. His insatiable appetite for all things hospitality has now taken him to Long Island’s North Fork, Greenport to be exact. In May of 2023 he’s opening new restaurants, a lounge, and hotel. With this, maybe he’ll retire his King of the Hamptons moniker and take on the new title, Emperor of the East End. Follow him on: IG: @Zacherdem, @75main, @blumarhamptons

Beaches

Little Plains Beach, Southampton–I spend nearly all my summer weekdays at Little Plains while my children are at summer camp. I love walking to and from Cooper’s Beach, from Little Plains, to boost my energy.

Haven’s Beach, Sag Harbor–The best for an early morning paddle. I love to look at the yachts in the marina and take in the fresh air, first thing in the morning.

Gerard Drive Park Beach, Springs–I owe discovering this beach

to my dear friend Noë. It’s a little bit of a drive coming from EH Village, but the serenity is well worth it. I typically picnic or canoe here.

Fitness & Wellness

DanceBody–I love the Founder, Katia’s classes! You don’t even realize you are working out and burning some serious calories. She also does kids and private group classes.

Hamptons Jiu Jitsu, Southampton & East Hampton–Jiu Jitsu keeps me grounded while constantly challenging me. Classes are held at both the Ross School in EH and in Southampton at Hamptons Gym Corp.

Organic Edge, Water Mill–I swear by the infrared wellness pod. I feel so rejuvenated afterward and I go regularly for their other services including cryotherapy.

Poxabogue Golf Course, Wainscott—I start most mornings, in summer, at the driving range and practice teeing off. Golf is so technical, so I always try to sneak in a private lesson every week to improve my game.

Shopping Loaves & Fishes

Cookshop, Bridgehampton–I’ve been a customer for over ten years. It is the spot to purchase a hostess gift. I usually like to pop in right before the fourth of July for their handsome tableware.

Sage and Madison, Sag Harbor–This enchanting shop is right

out of a storybook. I visit whenever I have guests in town to give them something special, like local honey and exquisitely illustrated guest towels.

For the Kids

Kites of the Harbor, Sag Harbor–My son and daughter lead the way into Kites of the Harbor and love to explore their wide range of fun toys and gadgets for all ages. Very friendly staff too!

The Hamptons’ Local Libraries–My children rotate through each library in the Hamptons weekly. And with so many activities after camp and on the weekends from Lego club to story hour, there is no shortage of learning and exploration.

Sailing Lessons–I love getting my kids out on the water and no better

place to learn than in Sag Harbor. Look at Sag Harbor Sailing or Breakwater Yacht Club. The Whalebone, Noyack–A great spot for picking up beach toys and treats en route to the bay. They also sell fresh chocolate truffles.

Restaurants

The Beacon, Sag Harbor–I dine early to catch some of the most beautiful sunset views around. Their lobster rigatoni is seriously satisfying, and their seared sesame crusted yellowfin tuna can’t be beat!

Carissa’s, Sag Harbor–The most photogenic bakery in the Hamptons! Order the salted sour pickled rye and the gorgeous flourless chocolate cake, you’ll thank me later. The Palm, East Hampton–I catch a

late dinner at the bar and always order the Monday night salad.

Joe, the bartender, is one of the best around!

Sí Sí at EHP Resort & Marina, East Hampton–One of the top spots to host a dinner party by the water, if you are not already hosting on your. East Hampton–One of the top spots to host a dinner party by the water, if you are not already hosting on your yacht.

Suki Zuki, Water Mill–I order the teriyaki chicken salad and the tuna sandwich special roll. If I am extra hungry, I dive into the dakota roll and always pair my sushi with green tea.

Farm Stands Round Swamp Farm, Bridgehampton & East Hampton–the best food in almost every category you will ever taste. Get here early morning because lots of great picks can sell out fast!

Serene Green, Sag Harbor–my destination for produce on the way to Little Plains Beach. I also love their juices, plums, zucchini, and my children love their snoballs. This is also a great spot for gift baskets. Wherever in the Hamptons you may find yourself this summer season, know that there are not only excellent options for dining, shopping, and activities, but also many potential points of interest that are waiting to be uncovered.

Q: What are 3 things you liked about being on the show?

A: Connecting with the audience, being creative, and the check.

Q: Now that Summer is fast approaching, what is your go-to summer style?

A: My favorite outfit is a skirt with tennis shoes and a T-shirt.

Q: What’s your favorite summer food to eat?

A: Burrata salad with pine nuts and balsamic vinegar along with a piece of salmon. I like to keep it light and crisp in the summer.

Q: As the parties rock and the sun shines, what do you throw back to quench your thirst?

A: Tequila, it’s my happiness.

Q: You have gorgeous hair, what’s your secret to waking up looking fab?

Q: Tell us something that people don’t know about you.

A: I was a carny kid, I worked at

carnivals since I was a little girl. I know all the tips and tricks on how to win, needless to say, I’m the one you want to take to a carnival. But really, my hidden talent is that I can tie a balloon faster than you can blow one up.

Q: What games can’t you win at a carnival?

A: Generally speaking, you really can’t win games of chance.

A: I met them at one of the fabulous parties they planned. We became fast friends who love to travel. We utilized our free time to discover and explore new places. We figured, what a better way to show people the fun and beauty of the world than to publish an online magazine and share our travels..

Q: Of all the places you’ve traveled to, which is your favorite?

A: I love Puerto Rico! It’s fun, colorful, and the food is scrumptious.

Q: Besides Puerto Rico, where should everyone make a point to go on vacation to?

Born in France Raised in the Hamptons Hamptons

We sat down with Hampton Water Wine company co-founder Jesse Bongiovi. Jesse, being a life-long Hamptons vacationer, developed a love for the Hamptons area so much so that he and his dad-rocker Jon Bon Jovi, came upon the idea to develop a rosé wine that would capture the essence of the Hamptons. As the story goes, Jesse and friends were hanging out at home drinking rosé wine, dad liked to call it “pink juice.” Jesse is like, “dad, no one calls it that.” Well, dad basically said, “then come up with a different name for it.” Jesse came back with Hampton Water. His dad loved the name and said, “that’s a good name for a rosé wine.” He left Jesse tasked with coming up with a business plan and if it sounded good, maybe he’d go in with him and bring out a new rosé to the market. As a graduate of Notre Dame, a business plan was easy-peasy. Jesse produced, dad liked, and the rest is history.

How did you get started?

We reached out to friends in the industry who were able to put us in contact with winemaker Gérard Bertrand. We didn’t think he’d work with us but, after many

hours of conversation, he warmed up to the idea and invited us to France to check out how wine is made there.

So, Jesse, why rosé, not red, white, or chardonnay wine?

It was what I saw people drinking in the Hamptons. I felt that a rosé wine was approachable, obtainable, and appealing both in taste and price.

You’re not a sommelier, how did you learn the ins and outs of wine and wine making?

We spent copious amounts of time at U.S. and French wineries learning all that we could from the farmers, to the winemakers, and everyone in-between. How did you decide on your awardwinning formula? It has earned 90-point ratings multiple times from Wine Spectator.

We conducted multiple blending sessions. Tasting, tasting, tasting, until we got the taste we were looking for.

Why the name Hampton Water?

Because the Hamptons are a way of life. You have a unique stopper, ‘cork,’ called a Vino-Lok. It’s made of glass, not natural or synthetic cork, why?

First, this makes the bottle 100%

recyclable. Also, you don’t need a corkscrew. You use your thumbs to release it from the bottle and you’re ready to drink. This makes it the ultimate get together drink. Be it at home, at the beach, or on a boat, you don’t have to worry about opening it. It’s ready when you are. It keeps the wine air-tight, and it won’t leak.

You have a unique label, how’d it come to be?

It’s symbolic of the Hamptons. A diver diving into the blue ocean water. With the sun behind the blue waves, the label works as either a sunrise or sunset, depending on when you are drinking it.

What pairs best with Hampton Water? Another glass! Lol! All kidding aside, it goes well with everything.

Three words that describe the Hamptons for you.

Fun, Beautiful, and Ocean.

Describe the perfect Hamptons day. Drinking Hampton Water, hanging out at the beach with friends, eating oysters, clams, and mussels straight off the BBQ. That’s my type of day!

Relationships

Cooper Lawrence, PhD Fling into Summer

Summer flings are like when you go away to sleep-a-way camp and decide to become someone you’re not: someone else, someone different than you are at home with your school friends; someone you like better than that winter person who got ghosted after a third date and someone who is no longer the harmless wingman for all your hot friends. You want to shed that goody two-shoes image and be bad—or just be different. Similarly, summer flings are a chance to try on new identities, but in bed. And it’s temporary. What’s it like being totally dominant, you wonder? Or maybe you’re the person who hooks up with two people in the same share-house? The summer fling is your oyster!

However, the summer fling is not for the faint of heart. There are rules, and if you don’t follow them then a summer fling can go from something unexpected and fun to something where you’re crying on TikTok to Sara Kays “Remember That Night?” while brushing your cat.

So, to all the potential flingers who want their fling to be flung, I give you the Ultimate Summer Fling Checklist. Rule number one: A Summer Fling is not the beginning of a relationship. It IS the relationship.

A summer romance is not a fling. You’re looking for something that is happening outside your normal routine, where normal behavior isn’t followed. Like IRL, you might not make the first move or text the person after the initial hook up. With a summer fling, there are no rules. You’re not trying to wife them, you just want to have an experience that you’ll remember, like a trip to Disney World, but in Paris. It’s exotic, unpredictable and fun … but you’ll probably never go there again. Rule number two: A Summer Fling is a chance to take risks—but calculated ones.

Studies show that people are less inhibited during a summer break or on vacation; and they are willing to try new things they might not normally try, sexually, like a beach hook-up or a make-out sesh in a restaurant bathroom. Experimenting sexually with someone you’ve just met—as long as there is mutual consent and you’re practicing safe sex—is the essence of the summer fling. Which brings us to…

Rule number three: Summer Fling sex must be talked about.

After the first night or so, if you see this going from a one-night stand to a fling,

you must talk about casual sex with any new partner—for many reasons. Starting with making sure you’re on the same page. It’s cruel to want something casual with someone who is looking for something permanent. Be up front with what you want. You also want to make sure that everything you do is consensual, especially if this is your chance to try new things. But, this is also the time you have to discuss your sexual history, especially if it will impact the other person.

Studies show that people who are more into casual sex communicate less about sexually transmitted infections compared to partners in committed relationships. While you don’t need to give the other person your full medical history, you must disclose anything that could affect them (and sometimes you’re legally obligated to do so).

Rule number four: A Summer Fling has a clock on it (yes, I said, “clock”).

A summer fling is not, necessarily, a one-night stand. It can last anywhere from two weeks to three months, as long as you’re honest and upfront that you just want to have fun, you’re not exclusive and, like camp, at the end of the summer, you’ll be going back to your real life—which doesn’t include them. Be clear that it’s casual and not a low-key way to get them into something more serious. The beauty of the fling is that it can be shorter and more intense, or not intense at all. Sometimes it has an accelerated timeline, sometimes it’s as slow as your mom’s old computer dial-up.

Rule number five: The Summer Fling dating checklist must be super short.

On the apps and dating sites everyone is looking for “the one,” so the checklist is long. Not for flings. Your checklist should include, “showers” and “is generous in bed” or neither of those. The idea is, no expectations. So the “wants a family” and “shares my religious beliefs” people need not apply. I’m telling you now, some of the wildest and best sex you may have could be with a member of the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster who, unlike you, wants 11 kids—it matters not. Your goals in a summer fling should be to have an orgasm, not a June wedding.

Rule number six: The Summer Fling should bring out your adventurous side.

Wanna try a threesome? Do you have a secret kink? Ever wanted to hook up with someone much older or someone a little dangerous; or a place that’s a little dangerous? Now’s your chance. A recent

study found that four out of five hook-ups that took place outside the bedroom left their participants more satisfied than those that took place between the sheets. Just the act of messing around in a new, nontraditional locale can be a simple way to tap into your adventure gene.

Rule number seven: The Summer Fling partner(s) should be chosen wisely. Don’t make it awkward.

It is a rare person who can have a summer fling with someone in their immediate circle and not have lingering awkwardness. There is always the person who secretly likes you more than you like them and you have to see them again at New Year’s; or worse, you catch feelings and they don’t. Hooking up with someone in your friend group is just that—it is not a summer fling. Think Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams in The Notebook or the ultimate awkward summer fling reunion between Sandy and Danny Zuko in Grease. You don’t want that. You want Before Sunrise or Knocked Up, without the obvious complications.

Asummer fling can be intense and passionate like a night in Manhattan … or light and breezy like the Hamptons air. Either way, it’s free from emotional baggage. Your goal is no-strings-attached excitement and a brief romance under the sun.

Time To Get Your Sweat On With A MEGAAA Workout!!!

Today we get our sweat on with personal trainer to the stars, Stanislav Kravchenko. Stanny, as we affectionately call him, has been interested in exercise and fitness since the age of 4. Now residing in the U.S., he’s originally from Ukraine, he’s taken the fitness world by storm. Today he shares what we need to know about exercising, staying active, and living life to the fullest.

Why should someone hire a PT?

For knowledge and safety. A personal trainer will analyze your body, discuss your past and current injuries, your goals, and create a plan to help you safely and effectively reach those goals. Everyone is different, so the approach will vary from person to person.

How do you find a good trainer?

First, you have to realize that you will see your trainer one to five times per week, so it’s important to make sure it’s a good fit and that you feel comfortable spending so much time with this person. Second, you can ask your trainer about their certifications and which training school they graduated from. Many trainers also attend workshops and classes to further their knowledge. As a precaution, you may want to check their credentials and experience as well as get referrals from trusted sources.

What is ONEFIT? (www.onefit.com)

ONEFIT is a personal digital fitness program that works as follows: first, we conduct a virtual assessment. Based on that information, we create a personalized fitness program that is tailored specifically to you. This program is easily accessible through your phone or computer. You have a coach who oversees the program, and you can complete the workouts on your own schedule. You also have support from a trainer 24/7. One of the benefits of this type of program is that you don’t need to spend thousands of dollars on a personal trainer.

How can someone sign-up for ONEFIT? Sign up at ONEFIT.com and read more about us on the ‘About Us’ page.

What celebrities are you currently training?

Our favorite, Andy Cohen. Love him! I believe we met around 2015 or 2016 and believe it or not, we’re not bored of each other, we have fun, we have good workouts, we laugh, we learn from each other. He is learning exercises and I’m learning English, about pop stars, and American culture. He is a great human

being and an amazing dad. Take us through a standard day of training.

A typical day for me starts at 7 am, I shower and go to work. After seeing one client, I have breakfast and coffee. For lunch and dinner, I usually eat a high protein, low carb meal. As far as working out goes, I am currently in maintenance mode and not trying to decrease my body fat. I do lower body, upper body, cardio/ core, and boxing workouts 1-2 times per week. That’s my current fitness routine. To relax, I enjoy getting a massage, using the sauna, taking a cold plunge, or walking around the neighborhood with my girlfriend and dog. How often should you workout?

It depends on many factors. If you are a beginner, it’s a good idea to start small and gradually build up your habit and discipline. Begin by working out 1-2 times per week, for a month, then slowly progress to 3 or more times per week. If you can consistently workout 3 times per week, you’ll be well on your way to achieving your fitness goals.

What does a typical workout at the gym look like?

The fitness industry has come a long way in recent years. Fitness has evolved, there is no longer a “typical” workout that fits everyone. Instead, it depends on the individual’s lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, body movement abilities, past injuries, and goals.

What exercises are good to burn fat and increase cardio?

I would recommend lifting weights, steady cardio, and a better/ cleaner diet.

What 4 exercises should everyone do?

If you have no injuries, are generally active, and have good flexibility, I recommend dumbbell presses, goblet or bar squats with an incline heel, pull-ups, and deadlifts. How do you ensure each person’s exercise program is truly personalized?

It’s important to take the time to consult with each client and truly understand their goals and current capabilities. At ONEFIT, we do this through our virtual assessment, where we spend time learning about the client.

What are your clients’ most common

fitness goals?

I would say that losing weight is the number one goal for many people, but it often comes together with a few other goals such as being healthy and staying active.

How do you help them achieve their goals?

Hold your clients accountable and push them to the next level. Sometimes all it takes is encouragement and support to increase the weight they lift. Consistency is key, make sure to schedule sessions in advance and help your clients prioritize their wellness.

What are 3 training principles you live by?

• Show up and do it.

• It’s only going to get better.

• With hard work, anything is possible. Favorite thing about the Hamptons and why?

The beach. It is a great place to be with your significant other, your dog, and your friends.

Sober, Hamptons Style

The Hamptons are a unique destination in that the recovery and party scenes are equally exuberant. The community is welcoming to those who choose to live a sober lifestyle, and it’s one of the reasons it feels like home to myself and many others who have chosen recovery.

As a younger man, I remember attending all the parties that make up the lore of the Hamptons. The live music and open bars made drinking in front of sunsets feel endless. My life is much different now and I have been sober for over a decade. I still enjoy the Hamptons, but in a slower, more purposeful way.

I settle in each night excited about the activities I have planned with neighbors and friends. Together, we’ve found new ways to enjoy the Hamptons. Here are just a few ways one can enjoy all the Hamptons has to offer.

Learn Something New: The Art Barge, Victor D’Amico Institute of Art. In 1960, artist Victor D’Amico beached a World War II Navy barge on the south shore of Napeague Harbor in Amagansett. Today they host art classes for all levels with amazing and inspiring views.

LongHouse Reserve. A 16acre sculpture garden with works by Buckminster Fuller, Yoko Ono, and Willem de Kooning complement the stunning LongHouse in East Hampton. The summer learning series includes opera, Japanese tea ceremonies, and various educational lectures. Getting outside, enjoying the arts, and learning something new is so good for the soul.

Have a Non-Alcoholic Drink: The world of zero proof or non-alcoholic drinks has taken center stage with restaurants and mixologists inventing fun and creative drinks. Restaurants across the Hamptons have a great selection of specialty mocktails to choose from.

Bell and Anchor has curated a zero-proof cocktail list that includes Strawberry Thai Basil Spirits and Szechuan Pineapple Fizz. They are delicious, and it’s a wonderful place to spend an afternoon overlooking the marina at Mill Creek in Noyac.

Enjoy a Night Out: The Bay Street Theater in Sag Harbor is home to multiple rotating performances throughout the summer season, including comedy shows,

musical performances, and plays with a mix of local and international talent.

The Clubhouse in East Hampton is a sprawling complex that features bowling, mini golf, an arcade, pool tables, and a full-service restaurant. Be on the lookout for live concerts, comedy shows, and more throughout the summer.

Set sail with a two-hour sunset cruise or charter with American Beauty Cruises & Charters along Noyac or Gardiners Bay. Another relaxing option is their narrated cruise within the Peconic Estuary system that takes place every day during the summer season.

You Are Always Home in The Hamptons: You can find an AA meeting anywhere, including the Hamptons. The robust and thriving recovery community there makes their meetings quite special. The Suffolk County Chapter of AA maintains a list of all meetings and the attendees are vibrant and diverse. If your substance use has gotten to the point of needing professional help, there are several addiction treatment centers close to the Hamptons.

I have experienced both the party and recovery scenes in the Hamptons. I have never been happier, healthier, and felt more at home than I do now. Experiencing a sober lifestyle in the community is not only possible, it’s idyllic.

Summer fun on Long Island!

Before we get all hot and bothered, there are things we can do to help us have a safe and fun summer. Protect your skin from the harmful rays of the sun. Apply a broad-spectrum, water-resistant sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of 30 or more.

Our eyes need protection as well. Exposure to ultraviolet light (UV) can lead to the development of cataracts. Wear sunglasses that offer 95%-100% protection, this can reduce your risk of developing eye issues.

Staying hydrated will help you to avoid heat related illnesses such as heat exhaustion and heat stroke.

Long Island’s warm summer climate exposes us to insects such as mosquitos and ticks. Ticks may carry a bacteria that causes Lyme disease. It’s important to check your skin thoroughly. Mosquitos occasionally transmit viruses, such as West Nile. Using insect repellent containing DEET can help reduce your risk of being bitten.

To help avoid foodborne illnesses, wash your hands with soap and water before and after handling food and keep raw meat, poultry, and seafood chilled in the refrigerator until ready to grill. Additionally, put leftovers in the refrigerator within 1-2 hours of cooking.

Never leave anyone, especially children, unattended by any body of water.

If you like to hike, know what poison ivy looks like. Avoidance of this plant is the best way to keep your skin safe. If you come into contact with it, wash your skin thoroughly, with soapy water, and wash your clothes immediately.

Summer is the best time of year to enjoy the great outdoors. These simple guidelines can help keep you and your loved ones safe.

Bite ME

With the crispness of Winter fading fast, I needed one last taste of that sweet, golden liquid one can only find in the warm broth of onion soup. Entering Le Chef brings you back to the smells and aromas of mom’s kitchen. With its simple and straight forward menu, along with a fun and relaxed atmosphere, one can easily get lost within its culinary delights. Seated with my guests, at a comfy corner booth, we were greeted by crisp linens, gleaming flatware, and

an attentive waitstaff.

For starters, we were served a trio of their warm ciabatta whole wheat rolls with whipped butter. Standard fare for any restaurant, but an excellently added addition to our meal later on. Being a lover of hummus, I could not resist its calling. It was garlic kissed and served in a red radicchio leaf surrounded by toasted pita wedges, endive slivers, olives, and peppers.

Next up were mussels in white wine, sweet chili

Lobstaaa Rollin’

Nothing screams summer more than a lobster roll. Is it the sweet succulent yummy lobster or the slightly toasted and buttery roll that elevates this gourmet delight to heights only known to the peaks of the Himalayas? Who among us can only eat them occasionally during the summer? Not I, and I strongly suspect, not you! I eat them all summer long, be it at a restaurant, a friend’s house, or even take out, Lobster rolls are the “it food” of the summer.

Finding the ideal lobster roll is like finding the perfect relationship. I know it’s not easy out there, some may say it’s even complicated. I’ve gone through many a LR to find ‘the one!’ As relationships go, finding ‘the one’ takes a lot of trial and error, albeit tasty trials and errors but none the less, trial and error.

Now my intrepid landlubbers, look no further. I may not be a relationship expert, but I have been able to search, locate, and taste test what I believe to be some of the best lobster rolls on Long Island. They’ll not only put a smile on your face, they’ll leave your

pepper, and corn broth. The corn niblets were a spot-on addition as their sweetness and crunchiness were a welcomed delight. The mussels were bite size and tender, not too big where you could mistake the shell for a shoehorn. The waiter suggested, and we happily accepted; another round of their deliciously hearty ciabatta rolls for sopping up the delectable mussel broth. Umm, Umm, good! To round out our appetizers, we ordered Le Chef’s classis French onion soup. Served in the ubiquitous twotoned brown and beige crock bowl, this liquid lusciousness was anything but brown and beige. With its sweet, salty, hearty stock laying the base for the translucent, tender, and sweet onions, I broke through the cheesy encrusted top to reach the tender, but chewy, bread that bathed itself amongst the onion broth. Le Chef’s onion

soup does not disappoint. Soon after our appetizers, we were happily greeted with our main meals. I, liking to review what I call ‘bread and butter’ meals, decided to order their prime angus burger with fries. It did not disappoint. The burger was cooked as I ordered, medium rare with melted cheddar cheese and seasoned just right with enough of a char to give it some bite. The brioche roll captured the burger’s juiciness and provided the perfect conduit for its consumption. Adorned on the plate were the usual burger accoutrements, a pickle, a tomato, red onion slices, and crispy french fries.

For a cozy sit-down meal, Le Chef in Southampton hits the spot.

Prosperity & Puzzles

Aries Pluto is still a planet in astrology and when it goes retrograde into Capricorn early this summer, life will undergo radical adjustments. Don’t let its size fool you because internalized fears and worries, as well as themes of karma and fate, can make logical thinking difficult. But you should adore the Pluto transit because it’s a time for spiritual growth!

Taurus First off, you’re taking cautious methods to making changes in your life while Pluto, our favorite profound transformation planet, travels retrograde in Capricorn. And, um, this isn’t easy. You’ve also learned how to wait within an old existence and a new one — You’ve evolved!

Gemini Pluto, the planet of triggers and profound transformation, goes retrograde in Capricorn early this summer, and you’re feeling the need to take a step back and consider your impact on others. While small in size, Pluto is insisting that you reconsider the language you use when confronting and addressing others from now on.

Horoscopes

Cancer You’re tired of the drama and eager for a new beginning. Your wish will be granted early this summer when Pluto, our cosmic transformer, goes retrograde back into the sign of Capricorn.

Leo You’ve been feeling a little extra drama with colleagues and the need to hold their hands when making decisions at the office, which can feel irritating and overly codependent. Early this summer, extremely potent Pluto moves retrograde into Capricorn, bringing with it an oppor tunity for appreciation.

truth and embrace all sides of you. If circum stances are intense, heal ing and restoration will happen this summer when Pluto goes retrograde in Capricorn.

Scorpio Pluto rules your sign! To be genuine, choose to demonstrate your care via actions rather than words. If you allow others the op portunity to have their sentiments acknowledged by you rather than asserting yourself with big and bold comments, you’ll get to explore those edgier and deeper sentiments that you love to take it to.

Sagittarius You’ve felt like money matters have been creating issues in your life because Pluto will go retrograde into practical Capricorn. Pluto has exposed all kinds of issues around the way you handle money. This may normalize your perception of what you used to consider a taboo way of making money.

Capricorn Adulting has recently put you through the ringer, as your personal affairs have taken you to emotional extremes. When Pluto

goes retrograde in your sign early this summer, you may finally look at those lessons of authority and control right in the face, loosen up your grip a little, and give yourself a moment of relaxation.

Because of a deeply per sonal Pluto transit in your sign, you’ve been navigating friendly seas for the past few weeks. This summer, you may notice your load becoming a little heavier when Pluto retrograde returns, yes, back into Capricorn. Issues relating to your anxieties or traumas may surface. The easiest method to deal with the energy is to maintain a cheerful attitude.

Pisces If you don’t fall victim to control and intensity in your friendships when Pluto retrogrades into Capricorn early this summer, then Pluto might become your fave planet in the zodiac. Your friends will take a major step back in wanting to tell you what to do over the next few months. It is more than OK to do what you want, even if it is not something they would do.

The Final Word: Summer House’s OG, Carl Radke

No one is more Hamptons than Carl Radke, the OG of Bravo TV’s HIT reality show Summer House. Carl has been there from the jump, seven years as an original cast member. Carl sat down with us to talk about Summer House, life, his road to recovery, and the love of his life and fellow castmate, Lindsay Hubbard.

Q: How is Carl doing?

A: At 38, I’m getting older, wiser, calmer, healthier, as well as growing and learning from how I see myself on TV.

Q: Take us down your road to recovery.

A: Being able to watch myself and actions on TV has given me a window into myself and life. I got to see first-hand who I really was. 2020 was a turning point for me. Because of the pandemic, like everyone else, I had time on my hands. I just finished a Tony Robbins seminar in Florida, and I was attempting to get on the right track. When in August of 2020 my older brother Curtis passed away. I was devastated, but I knew I had to do something for my betterment.

In January of 2021

I sought out help for my addictions.

The help I received is immeasurable. I take it one day at a time and count being sober as one of the greatest gifts I ever gave myself.

Q: What are some strategies you used in

developing Carl 2.0?

A: I’m Carl 7.0 Promax now. I’ve come to embrace each day as a new day. I’ve developed a daily routine of making my bed, working out-be it walking, running, or going to the gym, getting outside for a breath of fresh air, meditate, do things that I enjoy, and surround myself with people who want the best for me.

Q: What was the moment that you went from BFF to fiancé with Lindsay?

A: We met in 2016 and became friends. As they say, timing is everything. It took time for that right moment to happen. That time was the Summer House prom party where Lindsay slipped a note under my bedroom door asking me

restaurants, and making friends in the Hamptons who live in NYC.

Q: What is your Hamptons style?

A: White pants/jeans, loafers, and a short sleeve button down or polo shirt. Also, the Carl Radke uniform which consists of a navy blue polo shirt with white jeans. I don’t subscribe to not wearing white after Labor Day. White is a Hamptons staple. Now, if I’m not going out and I’m lounging around, I like to wear a tank top, swim trunks, and sandals. Of course, a good tan is a must.

Q: What does Carl Radke keep in his bedroom?

A: There’s a cornucopia of items. I have a sound machine, TV, some watches, sunglasses, books, art, a work setup, ring light, plants, and pictures of Lindsay.

Q: What’s your sleep attire?

A: Just underwear.

Q: What’s on your dresser?

to go to prom with her.

Q: How have you grown from when Summer House first came on the air?

A: I’ve been more open as the years went on and I’ve matured.

Q: What are your most memorable and cringe worthy moments on Summer House?

A: Cringeworthy was when the pool was filled with tea, à la Boston Tea Party, for one of Kyle’s amazing birthday parties. The tea stained the pool and damaged the equipment. The most memorable was Lindsay’s fantasy birthday party. Cool theme and awesome costumes.

Q: What’s the most fun thing about the Hamptons?

A: I love the beaches,

A: Trucker hats, cologne, candles, and a cardboard cutout of Lindsay that was given to me by Andy Cohen when I was on his show, Watch What Happens Live-WWHL.

Q: Your mom Sharon is awesome! What would she be surprised to find in your bedroom?

A: Snack food. I love to snack!

Q: Tagline?

A: Less stress, more life.

As we wrapped up the interview, Carl wanted to take this time to thank the people of NYC, Long Island, and the Hamptons for welcoming the show and himself into their communities. “We appreciate everyone supporting us and watching the show.”

“Thank you for this amazing opportunity.”
