You Can Change Lives and Show You Care - Hammer serves more than 1,900 individuals with a wide range of intellectual disabilities like Autism and Down syndrome. - 281 adults reside in 36 group homes and 10 apartment programs in the western suburbs. - Over 500 Hammer employees/caregivers provide support 24/7, 365 days a year. Mary, (left) has been served by Hammer caregivers for over 40 years.
- Additionally over 1,675 individuals and families in Minnesota know Hammer through other customized support services.
