Strategic Plan Introduction Embracing the strategic planning process as the new Head of School provided a wonderful opportunity for me to listen to the various Hamlin Robinson School’s constituencies. I was able to hear the aspirations, hopes, and visions of our community for the future of HRS. The Strategic Planning Committee and The Board of Trustees created a five-year plan articulating the major goals and priorities for the years to come. • HRS will continue to enhance our core program. • HRS will strengthen our impact, locally, regionally, and nationally. • HRS will expand our long-term sustainability. Hamlin Robinson School’s program truly changes lives. The work we do at HRS is critically important and infinitely rewarding. Our shared belief that all students deserve a world class educational program keeps us working diligently to provide the catalyst for students to discover their joy of learning. Building on our long and successful history, Hamlin Robinson School will strive to improve, evolve, and strengthen our program. We are steadfast in our commitment to be the best as we serve the students.
